Little question about when to start my last 2 DLCs

Hello, so I played honest hearts and dead money along with a good bunch of the main game, currently at level 37. Can't do quests for the Legion (I am vilified), completed all the NCR ones.

I'm exploring the map at the moment but I find it really hard to find quests, right now I'm mostly discovering caves with legendary creatures.

I plan on reaching 50 with this character, now to the question:

when should I start OWB and LR? Would those last two be enough to let me reach 50 or should I try to reach a certain level in the main game first?

I am trying to find that post again, as I did a playthrough of the game using that quest order as a reference and I really enjoyed that playthrough and I'd like to do it again. This was posted something like 2 years ago maybe? Perhaps a little more. Screenshots were of an androids phone default notepad app (it had the borders in orange) Thanks to anyone that can help me.

Project Nevada Cyberwere does it change to Old World Blue DLC or it remain as perk (i have all patch from mojave ultimate and PN patch+ Extra option)
What wrong with my ED-E i took at primm why it don't have workbench/reloading station option promt when i talk to him

Okay so after saving the president I now go to Oliver's compound. After some talk, an engineer came and all of the sudden I can't move??! Now I'm stuck here. Is this a glitch? How to fix this?

Brotherhood of Steel nuked themselves and softlocked my saves

For whatever reason the brotherhood bunkers is in the post-explosion version, effectively soft locking all the saves and making impossible to progress in game.Anytime I make a new save the bos bunker is still in the blown up version. I'm up for any way of solving this. If anyone knows how to bypass this glitch or fix it please let me know.

What are things about the endings that you wonder about?

I wonder about the ending where Bright Followers return to Novac.
Is Jason among them? Did they reach Space or the rocket just crashed which led them to the conclusion they should earn their place on the Great Beyond?

Considering Saint Chris is likely still at Novac they might went to him for guidance too....

DAMMIT I NEED MORE ON THAT STORY!!!!

I also wonder how does Yes Man turn out. He was given autonomy, freedom, and absolute power by the Courier. Yes Man's initial programming revolves around being good and helpful, he only mentions making himself more assertive. The Courier must have had a great effect on his growth too.

What about you? What leaves you wondering?
