    Where I keep most of the stuff I've collected. As many unique items as I could find and then I arranged them around the room to how I saw fit. The boxes are also filled with a bunch of stuff. Took hours and hours to get all this set up

    So Scibe's assistant is a cool ability but it is completely redundant with ED-E's crafting ability, plus you get another perk with ED-E. And when the player finds Veronica, they almost certainly haven't met Rex yet. Veronica is a cool follower, I just wish it wasn't so completely redundant to use her and ED-E together.

    Can I join Caesar's Legion and still be a "good guy"?

    I'm new to the Fallout series and just started playing New Vegas. I was wondering if I can join Caesar's Legion and still be a "good guy"? In particular I'm wondering if any of their missions will impact my karma negatively, and if joining them forces me to partake in their more questionable practices (slavery, crucifixion, etc.). I know they do things that are morally questionable, I'm just curious if it's possible to join them and play the role of a "good guy" that is a part of a faction that itself is not inherently good (like how you can you can play on the empire side in SWTOR without having to be evil/merciless yourself because you can still make lightside choices). This is my first play through of the game so no spoilers please, I'm just trying to get an idea if it's really the case that "NCR=good guys and Caesar's Legion = bad guys", or if it's a lot more grey then that. In SWTOR you can make lightside or darkside choices regardless of which faction (republic or empire) you choose, so whether your character personally is a "good guy" or a "bad guy" is separate from which faction you choose. I'm wondering if that's also the case in this game with respect to choosing NCR vs Caesar's Legion.

    I'm just curious about this because I would like to eventually play through the game as all four factions to fully experience the game, but I don't really want to be forced to be the "bad guy" due to my faction choice.

    Who is the best companion for an Energy Weapons Build with either Mr.House or Yes Man?

    So I've finished New Vegas around late 2018 and arly 2019 and I want to replay it again but this time not with Guns or NCR and on Hardcore (I'm a Crit Energy Weapons Build)

    Preferably someone who isn't Veronica because I used her exclusively in my first playthrough, I'm thinking of Raul

    And also prolly never Cass because she's just eh to me in terms of usefulness and personality

    Fallout New Vegas resolution not changing!

    I've about 90% completed my modded save and decided to use MO2, im still quite new to it. However no matter what resolution i set in the games ini files, MO2's ini files or even in the launcher the game still runs at what i think is 4k and i just want to be able to customise it, does anyone have any solutions?

    Last time we ended off blowing up the Brotherhood of Steel.

    A little bit after leaving the bunker, I realized I had a T-51 helmet. But no T-51 armor. I picked up what I think was all the free power armor in the bunker. So J don't know where the T-51 suit is.

    Moore asked me to go sort out the Gomorrah. I talked to Liza, the Receptionist, Cachino, I robbed his suite, which is something I've never done before. I gotta being down the bosses, so I sided with Cachino. I went to Troike, told him to destroy the armory or I'd shove his Thermite so far up his ass he'd be a human firecracker, left the casino, and Cachino said that Troike said my name (bb Mcgee) to the bosses before he died. And now they want to see me. I went to talk to them, and big Sal said nothing. Probably just a feature they couldn't finish.

    I talked to Clanden, but he didn't have any bad on him to get him removed through speech. Cachino said that I should just kill him. But I can't do that without my bb gun. I went to talk to Mister holdout to do the skillcheck and get big guns into the casinos. I didn't have a sneak skill of 50, but it was at 41. I traveled around for a bit, then realized I just needed an ¡La Fantoma to pass the speech check. Found one at the Crimson Caravan company. Then was able to carry big guns into casinos. Or so I thought. Apparently that skill check only lets you bring certain big guns into casinos, and the bb gun is not one of them.

    I searched his room for maybe 10minutes, not finding anything incriminating on him. I thought this was it. The end of my bb gun only run. Was my fate not destined for this; the clouds not able to grant my wishes? I thought so. Then, at the very second I was about to take out my phone and look up the wiki, I flicked the camera and saw that behind his dresser he had a wall safe. I didn't have a high enough lockpick skill, so I just nabbed the key off him, got some "snuff tapes," told him to jog off, and returned to Cachino.

    Cachino said he would give me a gun, which presumably isn't a bb gun, so that we can both kill the bosses. I said no and told him to kill them instead. I convinced Big Sal to kill Nero, and Cachino killed Nero after Sal ate shit.

    That ends the Gomorrah saga.

    I went to get some implants, the Sub dermal armor, perception, strength, and agility. And I will never get the regeneration implant after my first play through. It sucks ass.

    I went to do beyond the beef for the White Gloves. I locked Veronica in the freezer to preemptively put her out of her misery. It would break my heart to see her cry when she finds out her family is all dead. Also, can somebody tell me what the Pantry does? You can lock people in it, but it doesn't do anything.

    Moore asked me to kill Mr. House. House called me a whore just because I work for the NCR. I expected a grand death for him. A Michael bay shot. But it took 5 bbs to kill him. Really ruining the mood. I left a thousand bbs inside his stomach. Consider it my business card.

    Mods not working with MO2?

    I have NVSE and JIP LN NVSE plugin and a few mods but when I run new vegas from MO2 the mods don't appear? MO2 launches the game fine and says the mods are installed but the mods don't appear in game? I'm not experienced with mods so sorry if I'm missing something obvious

    Okay, so I've pretty much been reading that I'm SOL here, but worth a shot I figure.

    I'm doing the "guess who I saw today" quest and have pretty much completed the mission. The doc experimented on Lily, after which she ran away and then Keene and the gang marched forward threatening to kill the doc if he didn't hand over the cure, or whatever tf it was. In order to talk Keene down, I needed to beef up my speech skill, so I figured I'd leave them there while I tied up a couple loose ends in the wasteland.

    When I returned (via fast travel) to Jacobstown, a group of super mutants are in mid-brawl with a swarm of Cazadors. They make short work of them, but of course, nasty buggers that they are, it wasn't before the cazador poison set in and proceeded killed Lily. When I went back into my Pip-Boy, the mission was no longer there ("diffuse the situation with Keene" would have been the next step)

    One of those rare occasions where I don't have a convenient save state to revert back to. I mean I probably will if I have to, but it'd mean losing a couple hours and several completed missions.

    So my question is, is it worth it to load my last save and lose a good bit of work to get Lily back? Where would the mission have gone from there, if anywhere? I don't think any of the other mutants died, and although I liked Lily, I'd hate to go all the way back just to find having her alive doesn't make much difference.
