How would President Richardson know that the Chosen One is a mutant? Posted: 20 Nov 2019 09:21 AM PST If the chosen one talks to the president, Richardson will call him a mutant even if he wears the power armor, how would he know about it? [link] [comments] |
Are mole rats in fallout 1 and 2 the supposed to be the same creatures from later games? Posted: 20 Nov 2019 01:16 PM PST In fallout 1 and 2 there are different variations of mole rat. What is called a mole rat is a furry, bear sized monster which resembles a giant mole. There are also pig rats which are hairless, dog sized creatures which still resemble moles. In later games mole rats, being hairless and dog sized are more reminiscent of the pig rat enemy, while the giant furry rats are nowhere to be found. They also resemble actual naked mole rats more then the ones in earlier games, which resemble moles. So is this just a redesign, a retcon, or is there some reason given for why the mole rats changed? How Technologically advanced is the NCR? Posted: 20 Nov 2019 12:21 PM PST I see mods giving them trucks and working trains, do they have those? and if so is it common or just something around the capital/wealthiest parts of the country? or do the army and most of the people mainly use pack animals to carry stuff as they walk alongside them?
