    To give the game a replay value there is no such thing as perfect ending or unreasonably evil or completely good factions im aware of that however you can still build/tailor a better ending yourself (from what you get with ncr/house/caesar) for people of mojave thanks to independent ending and thats what im doing right now (becuase you know its a roleplaying game and its fun)

    But im not exactly sure what to do with some factions since i don't have full grasp of the lore so i decided to also ask for your guys opinions

    Boomers: Can easily go corrupt but so all other factions however if i wipe them out all the weapons they have will be left out others to claim which i think will be worse so i just decided to let them be

    BoS: Complete assholes but again its better than fiends running around with laser rcw's i guess

    Three families: Im going to have to kill/disable mr house for independent ending which leaves strip to these guys which are pretty much mafias from what i know im thinking to wipe them all out when im close to the ending but then again i somehow feel like technophobe from doing so

    So i switched to a new PC and installed Fallout NV and once i launched Fllout NV the main menu music started to stutter i tought it was just the menu then i started a new game and turned on the radio and the music there also started to stutter after that i went on Nexus and installed a mod that fixes the stuttering dident work i changed the .ini files again dident work only way i found that the radio works is by installing custom radios but i still get stuttering from most of them. So i dont know how to fix this i tried changeing the bMultiThreadAudio in the .ini flies to 1 i tired changeing the iRadioUpdateInterval to 1024 but nothing works. So if anybody knows hwo to fix this i would be greatfull.Also sorry about the bad English and my description of the bug because this is my first time using reddit.

    What real world Mojave desert wildlife would you want to see 'translated' into New Vegas?

    Or Fallout games in general. Mind you I'm no native or American but I want to listen to ideas.

    I want to see a boss Rattlesnake mutated up to Titanoboa size. Where it could pop out of a hole in the ground and took a bite at Brahmin caravan. Only couriers with high perception could hear it's tail rattling else the rattlesnake wouldn't register on the Pipboy radar. Also, even more poisonous than a Cazador.

    Other than snake, I want to see mutant kangaroo rats, now grow as big as mole rats. A scavenger and herbivore by nature, these thing will flee from hunters both man and animals. But if threatened, they could use their mutated and oversized legs to jump kick their attacker with a force of a powerfist.

    Why there is lack of random encounters in FNV?

    I don't miss random encounters. It just a question in my mind. Why did not Obsidian included random encounters in FNV just like the random encounters in Skyrim? Anybody know the reason?

    Help with my Great Khan build

    So I decided to make a great Khan build and there is a few things I want to know.

    Faction: I'm thinking independent Vegas (Yes man) Tag Skills: I've got guns and medicine, but should I go for unarmed or melee? (If I use melee, I'll use chance's knife. I don't know what unarmed weapon would work) Armor: Should I reverse pickpocket Papa Khan for his armored leathers? Or stick with a regular suit of Khan armor?

    And is there a good follower for a great Khan style character?

    Night directional light wrong?

    This may seem weird, but it's been a long time since I've played vanilla FNV, so I dunno if this is the norm or not, but the directional lighting during the night doesn't line up with the position of the moon. Currently, the moon is southeast and the lighting is from about northeast. It's strange, because it seems to work fine with the sun in the day.
    I do have a pretty heavily modded game, but I have no idea if a mod is causing it somehow or not - I only noticed it after making ENB tweaks to night light intensity. I don't have any exterior lighting mods - I do have a moon and stars replacer, but afaik that shouldn't affect the moon's position right?

    Anyone have an idea if this is normal, or what might be causing it? Or how to change it, if possible? I know it sounds like a nitpick, but the night lighting just feels off this way, it's a little immersion breaking

    If I get the explorer perk when doing one of the dlcs for I ate as in the big mt or the Grand Canyon will I have it when I get to the Mojave?
