Just how high is the standard of living in developed NCR territories? Posted: 18 Oct 2019 11:34 PM PDT I've seen several things about the NCR basically being rebuilt in the image of the old world. Politicians, taxes, schools, cities, etc. Even clothing is manufactured if what I've read is correct. That brings me to another question... are they building houses? Are they living in standing houses? And it so, is all their furniture dirty and radiated like it is shown in the games?
