- Fo4 power armor is what power armor should make you feel like
- As bad as the writing in some of the latest games is, I'm glad that the fandom doesn't write the series.
- You can choose one place from ANY Fallout game to live. Where would it be and why?
- I have an idea for a vault
- Who is a character that you find to be usually disliked and/or overlooked, but that you think is great?
- I just learned that you can edit codsworth in automotron, and I’m never using ada again
- So a couple o years ago I made a Fatman (Experimental MIRV to be specific) to take with me to AnimeBoston Unfortunately they didn't allow me to bring it so a whole days worth of work was down the drain. After which I could not keep the fat man and had to throw it away :( when spring came it did this
- If you were a fallout character what would be your perks and skill points?
- Is fallout 4 VR Compatible with oculus quest 2?
- How does the Nuka World tribute chest work?
- [Nuka-World Spoilers] Genuinely the most shocking experience in-game, and a question.
- There is a location in the Fallout 4 main game where there are a bunch of Mr. Handys working in a Nuka Cola themed park/mall or something along those lines. Does anyone know what it's called and where it is located?
- Enclave being the good guys
- Fallout 4 Best Story Mods For Xbox One
- What the next fallout I think should be
- Anyone else find it a bit disappointing that you can't get the Great Khans to stay in the Mojave and support an independent Vegas?
- Can’t enter fullscreen
- Tale of Two Wastelands roleplay ideas
- Can I still beat Fallout 1?
- Favorite background NPCs?
- I started a new playthrough completely mod free, except for CC content. I've noticed things such as enemies looting their dead buddies to continue the fight and I swear I watched an NPC remove their synth component and drop it... I even picked it up
- What are some unique, out of the box or RP friendly alternate solutions to the Misfits questline in FNV that you wish were implemented?
- A question for PC players.
Fo4 power armor is what power armor should make you feel like Posted: 17 Jul 2021 11:49 AM PDT Say what you will about how it is implemented or it's balance or whatever but when you first get it in conchord and you have that minigun you feel like a unstoppable killing machine. In previous games power armor was just basically a glorified clothes but in Fo4 it is well a suit of armor, like your some kind of mechanical knight in shining glory raining down your vengeance on your enemies. Posted: 17 Jul 2021 11:03 PM PDT Basically the title. Like I understand some people's grievances with the writing in some of the latest games, but it doesn't compare to the absolute absurdities I've seen some people say they would want to see in the next game. Like to each their own and all that but some ideas I've seen are contradictory to what Fallout is (or was or supposed to be however you feel on the subject). I've seen some good ideas and suggestions, but the bad is way worse than anything Bethesda could possibly put out. I mean I can't hate a man for dreaming but I can appreciate that he's not the one in charge. Anyone else feel the same way? [link] [comments] |
You can choose one place from ANY Fallout game to live. Where would it be and why? Posted: 17 Jul 2021 05:03 AM PDT I think mine would have to be Point Lookout. I fell in love with the landscape the first moment I got off the boat. That windswept, barren place with its swamps and beaches... Love it. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 17 Jul 2021 06:23 PM PDT Ok so about 200 people would be placed into the vault. The vault would be split in into a left and right side with only a secret door to connect them. The right side would have only the basic necessities (food, water, ac, showers, etc) while the other side would just about anything you could need with robots to do everything for you. The people on left side would be told all the secrets of the vault. All 200 would be placed on the right side with no knowledge of the left side, while only the staff knew about the left side. Once a week someone from the right side would be secretly kidnapped and taken to the left side and told everything. There would be secret cameras all over the right side to monitor how people would react to someone disappearing at the end of the week. they would also study how the people they kidnapped from the right side would react after telling them that it was all an experiment and that they were the ones kidnapping people. If you were a fallout character what would be your perks and skill points? Posted: 17 Jul 2021 01:56 PM PDT My personal one: Strength 1. Perception 2 Endurance 2. Charisma 0. Intellegence -1. Agility 3. Luck 4 Perk: animal lover [link] [comments] |
Is fallout 4 VR Compatible with oculus quest 2? Posted: 18 Jul 2021 02:45 AM PDT Of course not by itself however with virtual desktop? [link] [comments] |
How does the Nuka World tribute chest work? Posted: 18 Jul 2021 01:32 AM PDT I've gone through the hassle of getting 8 raider settlements in the Commonwealth and now I can build tribute chests. If I build one in each settlement do I get loot from each one, or do they all share an inventory? Do they actually need a Raider assigned to them to function? Finally, are tribute chests actually worth the effort? The main reason I went through the trouble of getting 8 outposts was for the achievement, while the tribute chests were a secondary concern. [Nuka-World Spoilers] Genuinely the most shocking experience in-game, and a question. Posted: 17 Jul 2021 05:57 PM PDT So I was playing Fallout 4, doing the Hubologists side quests for Nuka-World, when we reached the spaceship ride. Now, I know the lady told me I was supposed to put in three fusion cores, but I figured eh what the hell, let me put in all four just to be sure. What happened next was what I can only consider to be a bloodbath. When I powered up the ship, it began spinning like I thought it would. I noticed it was going pretty darn fast, so much so that I had to look away because it was hurting my eyes. Then all of their heads exploded. My jaw genuinely dropped. What had I just done? I don't really know what I was thinking putting all four in, maybe I just thought it was gonna enhance their experience. I certainly didn't think it was going to kill them all! And so my question. Did Fallout 4 cause any jaw-dropping moments for you guys? I'd love to hear them! [link] [comments] |
Posted: 17 Jul 2021 06:59 PM PDT I played Fallout 4 several years ago I recall wondering into this place. I'm about 40 hours into the game again and cannot seem to find this place. Any search I've done only brings up results for the Nuka World DLC which I did not have at the time so I know it's not that. It's been driving me crazy the last couple of hours. Does anyone know what this place is called and where it is located? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 18 Jul 2021 03:03 AM PDT When playing Old World Blues (HOI4 Mod) when you play as the Enclave at the start there are pretty much 2 factions you can either choose. Purist, basically the genocidal Enclave we always see wanting to purify the wasteland. And Reformers who don't believe in bascially killing everybody and wants to actually incorporate wastelanders and rebuild the United States to it's former glory. Futher down the line you can give legal rights to mutants and ghouls if you choose the reformers. Now in another Fallout game if they even reintroduce the Enclave I think it would be a cool idea to see the Enclave being split into these 2 factions. The Reformers and Purists in a civil war esque thing allowing you to side with one of the 2 being one of the several endings. Honestly I really like the idea of the Enclave just not wanting to kill everything and actually start to rebuild things as an actual nation since they were orginally the remnants of the U.S government. I think this would be way better then having the Enclave being the same way they were in Fallout 2 and 3 and provide a unique change to things. So you guy's thoughts? [link] [comments] |
Fallout 4 Best Story Mods For Xbox One Posted: 18 Jul 2021 01:49 AM PDT Could someone please make a list of good story mods for fallout 4 on xbox one [link] [comments] |
What the next fallout I think should be Posted: 17 Jul 2021 07:23 AM PDT So I had this idea that the next fallout game starts pre war but you are a employee of vault tec HQ and as your day goes by you learn about all the vaults being experiments and at the end vault tec is helping start the war. Posted: 17 Jul 2021 10:59 PM PDT Maybe become one of the new families on the Strip, or even convince them to attack the piss poor NCR garrison at Bitter Springs and reclaim their old home. I just find it a bit strange that you can only get an Independent ending for them if you convince them to leave the Mojave for good or stage a suicide attack at the Dam. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 18 Jul 2021 01:05 AM PDT So recently bought both Skyrim SE and Fallout 4 on my computer after downloading then I was excited to try them out. That's when I ran into my first problem. Turns out my Skyrim just crashes whenever I try to make a new game and even after re downloading it doesn't work. As for fallout I can't enter fullscreen or borderless window as it just opens up I a corner covering about 3/5 of my screen. Looked at a couple videos (newest one from late 2020) where I had to change some stuff in "prefs" files. Here I ran into more problems as I had twice as many prefs files and that even after trying to fix it nothing happened. So far I've spent 12 hour trying to fix Fallout and Skyrim and I've remembered why I sometimes hate Bethesda. If anyone have any idea how to fix it would make my day. tl:dr: Fallout not opening in fullscreen. Followed video tutorials where they edited files. Tried it didn't work. [link] [comments] |
Tale of Two Wastelands roleplay ideas Posted: 18 Jul 2021 12:52 AM PDT I am playing Tale of Two Wastelands for the first time, and while I am very familiar with FO3 and FONV I imagine this will change my experience with the game(s). With that in mind, I am looking for some good roleplay ideas. I have seen similar posts in the past, but many of them seem to focus more on gameplay style. Low int, hit with stick. Stealthy sniper. Demolitions expert. That kind of thing. And those are fun, but those aren't really thought out enough. I had an idea for a 'Gentleman Thief' who is always polite and talks his way out of trouble, but in practice there are too many times when you are just randomly attacked. So I can't talk my way out. And if I just run away whenever that happens, I am never going to get any XP. I am hoping to get some ideas for characters that are practical to play with. I know none will be perfect, but I am hoping to find one which is both fun and works in the two worlds. Suggestions? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 17 Jul 2021 07:43 PM PDT I can't get inside Mariposa no matter what I do. I can't lockpick, I can't find the key on the guards who I disposed of early on, Katja is dead, and I don't know what else to do? Please help, any advice is better than what I've got now. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 17 Jul 2021 10:24 PM PDT Who are your favorite background non playable characters in the Fallout series? I'll start. I don't know how, where, or when I became so fond of Gob from Fallout 3, but I am. I just love him! I want him to have nice things, and I'll forever be angry with the writers of this game for not letting him have them. Closest he can get is owning the saloon that he's been forced to work at for literal slave wages for roughly fifteen years after you kill Moriarty. WHO OWNS HIM AND NOVA AS SLAVES. I FEEL LIKE NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE TALK ABOUT THIS. And yet you LOSE karma for killing him? And if you don't do it stealthily, the townspeople become hostile to you, even though they acknowledge what a nasty piece of work the dude is? Right. Sure, Todd Howard. :/ (that's hyperbole, I know he's not the sole writer of this game, it's just become a catch phrase for a lot of people at this point, myself included) I dunno, I just feel like these two deserve better than that. Posted: 17 Jul 2021 09:52 AM PDT For example, if you had really high NCR Reputation you could threaten to have them sent to the front or have their pay cut if they don't shape up. If you had really high Legion Reputation (somehow) you could deliberately mislead them into sabotaging the camp the night before the battle for the dam, or even recruit them as spies. Posted: 18 Jul 2021 03:48 AM PDT Is it just me or has anyone else noticed some longer than normal load times? It goes fine for the most part. But then randomly a load take forever. Mainly when I'm entering or exiting a building. [link] [comments] |
