In fallout 2 theres a mention of “Mare’s Milk” implying the existence of horses. Posted: 09 Jun 2021 02:36 PM PDT Other than this, what else fo we know about horses in the fallout univers? [link] [comments] |
What do the Enclave think of Super Mutants? Posted: 09 Jun 2021 10:36 PM PDT Of course Frank Horrigan is a Super Mutant so they can't have hated them too much but do we know what they thought of the average Super Mutant from the Master's army? It's my instinct to think they wouldn't like them very much since they fit the bill of an abomination but then why are they okay with Frank? It's been a while since I've played 2 so sorry if I just have this all out of order. [link] [comments] |
How did scientists enter the commonwealth institute? Posted: 09 Jun 2021 08:17 PM PDT It's not like you could submit an application to join them, and since they are underground it's not like a scientist could wander into their hq and request to join. [link] [comments] |
Why didn't Dean Domino turn into a ghost? Posted: 09 Jun 2021 03:20 PM PDT He's the only ghoul in the entire DLC. If the cloud did it, why did it turn every other affected person into a ghost? [link] [comments] |
How is it that Super Mutants can build intricate traps? Posted: 09 Jun 2021 08:51 PM PDT In all my time playing Fallout, from 3 with those baby carriage traps (HATE THOSE!) to 4 with basic traps in almost every encampment, how the heck do these mutants have the know how to make them? I mean, in those games, mutants are presented as being pretty dim, plus they have much larger hands so the idea of them planting a bomb in some kind of intricate device seems odd to me. Is this just a gameplay thing or is there some kind of lore reason? Or is it just one of those things like, that just is? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 09 Jun 2021 04:33 AM PDT Just curoius if theres ever any mention of dentistry in the wasteland. I don't remember it being in any of the games, it might seem like in the wasteland people have more important things to think about than dental care. But dental care is really important, I can imagine dentists being massively rich since there'd be very few of them when compared to medics or doctors, so everyone would have to shill out a boatload of caps to get work done. Why does the Mettaton bomb have a Vault-Tec logo? Posted: 09 Jun 2021 05:24 AM PDT It might not be the exact Vault-Tec logo, it wasn't very clear, but it still had a circle with a dot inside, and wings coming off the side. And it was Vault-Tec's signature yellow. The same logo also appeared on the Wild Wasteland bomb from New Vegas (is WW cannon?). Terminals across the games (I think mostly 3 and 76) state that both the USA and China thought they were launching a reactionary strike, not a preemptive one. Now I don't think Vault-Tec dropped the bombs. Maybe they did, maybe not. But the unfinished vaults seem to prove that they didn't. Was there an explanation for VT's nukes? [link] [comments] |
