    How much does low intelligence influence dialogue?

    I'm thinking about starting a new play through but want to do things differently to my past runs. I've seen some screenshots of dialogue for low intelligence builds and it looks fun. Are the options quite sporadic or are there options in most conversations that relate to low intelligence?

    I got a little wild last night and played for like 12 hours without saving except for the end, I can only remember fragments of Boulder City and now I'm lvl 16 and in Big MT. I'd love to know how the hell I got here. :D

    Edit: It was a mod that hid them, I'm ashamed.

    Base crit chance of Gobi campaign scout rifle?

    Can someone please tell me the base critical hit chance of Gobi campaign scout rifle?Im trying to have 100% critical in my character.I have luck of 5,elite riot gear for +5 chance and that berret that gives me another +5 chance and finesse perk.If I still miss some requirements to make it possible to have guaranteed crits please tell me.

    Will I forgot to Rember to Forget happen even tho I did some stuff before getting Boone and by failing the quest Booted?

    I already erradicated the legion in cottonwood cove (before getting boone), for some reason the quest booted didnt start after saving the Powder Gangers (I am vilified by them btw), and the quest Booted just appears to fail out of nowhere (after saving the powder gangers), will I still be able to get the I forgot to Rember to Forget quest? Idk why the quest Booted also keeps failing, after rescuing the powder gangers they dont talk to me, neither Boone, and neither does the quest Booted pops up, I follow the powder gangers and they always die making me fail the quest.

    Is it normal to have 100 in 9 skills before the end of the game?

    I have 100 in Barter, Lockpick, Medicine, Melee Weapons, Repair, Science, Sneak, Speech, and Unarmed. I'm not using any mods that increase skill points or anything. I'm level 43 currently doing Old World Blues. I took the Good Natured Trait and started with 10 Intelligence. I've gotten quite a few skill books, and I did take the Tag! Perk.

    For reference, my other skills are:

    Guns: 82 (I don't use guns except for a Tranquilizer Pistol from a mod)

    Energy Weapons: 32

    Explosives: 54

    Survival: 53

    Is this normal, or did I just make the most efficient choices for skill points?

    Installing Mods and am unsure of what to load before what

    Alright so I'm modding Fallout New Vegas and have decided to try to install some mods that I think would be interesting. Most of the mods are installing fine but now I have reached a point where Vortex is not giving me any suggestions for these mods. Anybody able to tell me what to select?
