    What if Fallout 76 added Dogmeat/Rex ??

    Posted: 22 May 2021 03:37 AM PDT

The idea is, Every Player after Level 15 (or some other number) can pick a dog. Either Dogmeat or Rex. Each with it's own perks/Benefits and modifications.

[Not sure which flair to put it in, I may be wrong. If I am, let me know.]

Am I the only one who never used FO4 Power armor?

    Posted: 21 May 2021 10:19 AM PDT

I tried it at the intro of the game of course. After killing the death claw I hopped out and never looked back. No real reason, I just figured I'd be forced to wear it more while going about my play through. Now that I've beat the game once, is it worth it to wear for my next play through?

The start of a Fallout fanfic/inspired story by me.

    Posted: 22 May 2021 03:26 AM PDT

The radio began to sing as I slammed my hand down against the hard plastic along my wrist. The radio sang: "Hackin' and wackin' and smackin-" "Shut the fuck up!" I angrily whispered, again smacking the plastic against my wrist. The Pip-Boy may be state of the art, but fuck, it is annoying sometimes.

Slowly, the map came into view. What once was faint green lines have now become a detailed map of the area. I do have to give high praise for the Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System however, without that I'd have been a'sittin duck many times.

I take a glance around the corner and check my magazine. Five shots. I have to make them count. I load the data into the V.A.T.S. and wait for the calculations: Three enemies. Eighty-five percent chance to hit all three in the head.

I program the data into my Pip-Boy, close my eyes and take a deep breath. On the count of three. "One. Two. Three." I glance at the Pip-Boy, reading the measurements and calculations. I close my eyes. I fire the first shot.

"Jesus fucking christ!" I hear a raider say as I fire another shot. I hear a thud. Another shot, and just as the Pip-Boy had shown, my bullet enters through the corner of his eye, dislodging it and sending pieces of eye, bone and blood flying. I feel the wind in my face as a bullet buzzes by me.

I fire again, hearing no signs of it killing or incapacitating anyone else. I close my eyes and again count, "One... two... three." With the press of a trigger the bullet flies from my barrel. I hear a quick, low yell as a body thuds and the casing rattles on the ground.

As I search the pockets for ammo, the unmistakable footsteps of Power Armor loom ever closer.

First Brotherhood Play-through of Fallout 4

    Posted: 22 May 2021 03:20 AM PDT

I was wondering if any of you have suggestions/advice to get the most out of a brotherhood play-through.

What companions, if any, approve of the brotherhood/killing synths, ghouls and supermutants etc.?

Planning on making my character fully believe in the brotherhood's ideals.

Also in terms of the minutemen, what happens if I just run into the museum in Concord, grab the bobble head and leave Preston alone? Can I still recruit Codsworth without bringing back the minutemen?

And for settlements, can I still build some without minutemen? Was thinking of settling up a couple "recon outposts" for the brotherhood - any suggestions?

    Ad Victoriam, brothers and sisters!

Anyone miss a late game hellhole dlc for Fallout 4?

    Posted: 22 May 2021 01:35 AM PDT

I'm currently replaying Lonesome Road in F:NV and it made me wish there was some sort of equivalent in Fallout 4. I understand that this isn't everyone's favorite dlc, however, in atmosphere, and late game opportunities to challenge the player, I feel like it was unmatched.

Is Heavy Gunner a good build that should last awhile in Fallout 76?

    Posted: 21 May 2021 08:30 PM PDT

Here's the heavy gunner build I'm considering. Also keep in mind I'm a brand new player. Literally just started playing the game today with a couple friends and we've been loving it. Also I saw a video that said with the new 60GB update that stealth is "encouraged" but my friend said a tank build like this should be fine too. I also want a build that will hopefully last awhile because in games I like to pick one build and stick to it as long as possible usually. Anyway here's the build tell me what you guys think of it.

    HEAVY GUNNER

Strength: 15 (3 Master Heavy Gunner, 3 Heavy Gunner, 3 Expert Heavy Gunner, 3 Lock & Load, 3 Blocker)

    Perception: 1 (1 Refractor)

    Endurance: 3 (3 Fireproof)

    Charisma: 7 (3 Lone Wanderer, 4 Tenderizer)

Intelligence: 14 (3 Nerd Rage!, 3 Stabilized, 5 Demolition Expert, 3 Batteries Included)

    Agility: 11 (3 Action Boy/Girl, 5 Adrenaline, 3 Dodgy)

Luck: 11 (3 Bloody Mess, 3 One Gun Army, 3 Ricochet, 2 Starched Genes)
