- Why is Marcus in Jacobstown so much smarter than all the other mutants he is with?
- Why was Riot gear more high quality and protective than military combat armour?
- So does every Ghoul go Feral but is only a matter of Time ?
- Why does the NCR want to destabilize Freeside? Don’t they know they’re hurting their own citizens?
- Most of the vaults we find are empty or full of corpses and the ones that aren’t are control vaults which open after 25 years so why was Marcus trying to crack open vaults if most of them would be empty

Was the armour only referred to as riot gear but was more akin to equipment used by SWAT and tactical police? Were the suits also issued outside of pre war police units? [link] [comments] |

Just the one who socialize and live in the community would be more resilient to change and last a lot longer but those who live alone and out of human contact can succumb faster. Posted: 10 Jan 2021 11:53 AM PST When you first talk to Dixon, the drug dealer in freeside, you can pass a speech check which reveals that the NCR is paying Dixon to sell chems to the people of freeside. But by doing this, they're not only holding back freeside from bettering itself, they're hurting their own people, getting them hooked, killed, and forcing them to live in squalor.
