I've been getting Fallout 3 going again for the first time in about 5 years or so, with the intention of trying out a lot of mods I passed up back in the day.
There was this one I was always looking forward to trying out someday. I remember hearing about it often in lists of big mods that change the game world and such- but I seriously cannot find evidence it even existed anymore.

What I remember: It was this huge overhaul mod that made the capital wasteland- primarily DC- a far more destroyed hellscape. Torn up roads, toppled buildings, streets collapsing into sewers, complete decimation applied to the whole DC area that made it look way more like an atomic bomb had gone off there. It was this huge mod that overhauled the whole map to be more seriously ruined.
I seriously cannot find it again.
There may have also been an alternate file that added proper skyscrapers too, I have this fuzzy memory of some video talking about this, how it was an option since it technically wasn't lore friendly to have tall buildings in DC or something.

It's driving me nuts! I've been googling for ages and I just cannot find it- but I know it existed because it was on my teenage bucketlist for when I better understood modding, alongside DC interiors- hell I was so curious about it I still remember it today. Just not the name! aagh!

If any of you guys know what I'm blathering on about, please do let me know. I really want to track down this old mod, or at least know what it was called and what happened to it.
