    Character names

    Has anyone else gotten to the point where you no longer give characters real names, and instead name them something so you can tell what playthrough it is when you look at a save file?

    I've done a total of 7 playthroughs with names, and I could never remember which was which. With the exception of one, because I based him off my Stars Without Number character so I remembered who that was.

    At this point I always name my characters [Faction, Playstyle]. It makes it a lot easier to pick out the one I want to go back to, until I decide to start over with a new playthrough exactly like one I've already done, because screw variety, I guess.

    FNV was my first Fallout game. I spent most of my teens playing NV. It got me through some very hard times in my life. I almost always find myself siding with the NCR. I began my first career as a tech: NCR. I don’t think any of my co-workers quite understand me or my fascination with the name.

    What’s the NCR MP’s problem?

    I just got attacked by one after sleeping in Victor, mumbling the usual about some dues I owned NCR.

    I killed him and my reputation sank to "Smiling Troublemaker" which I wasn't happy with. I went to the save before sleeping but he will probably show up again. I will need to sleep again, any advice where to sleep and easily run off where somebody else will handle him?

    I know it's a somewhat common problem but I can't figure out what triggered it. I got into the strip by passing the credit check. I have a liked reputation. I done the quests for ambassador Crocker and was hoping to avoid the issues this time. I talked to Corporal Betsy about getting help and had a little chat with Silius. I done some other quests for them are in the progress of several. I talked to Mr House and gotten the suite, but I haven't killed Benny yet. I only been to Gomorrah to talk with Dazzle. The only contact I had with the legion is talking to Vulpes Inculta in Nipton and got Neutral reputation with them. I had no contact with BOS other than the message on ED-E and having their bunker marked on my map. I haven't even talked to Veronica. I'm traveling with ED-E and Arcade Gannon. I had no contact with other potential followers yet, apart from being in the same room as Rex when talking to the King. I also haven't talked to Michael Angelo which I read can for some unknown reason trigger this.

    I forgot, I'm wearing reinforced leather armor and 1st recon beret. I forgot that I helped Boone out. But I didn't ask for him to come with me. Should I ditch the beret?

    Good springs crashes my game

    I done everything I can think of to get good springs to load.Ive cleaned my mods and dlc and I disabled some mods I thought where the cause of it but everytime I go there it just crashes.
