Is there an actual source for the claim that Wattz Electronics developed and manufactured holotapes/holodisks?

Continuing from a discussion in another post, I'm curious if we actually have proof that Wattz Electronics was the company behind the development and production of holotapes, holodisks, THT tapes, etc.

This is the source on the wiki page

The Vault Dweller: "{121}{}{I heard something about holo-discs, how can I read them?}"
Vree: "{128}{Vree21}{Use your Pip-Boy 2000 to read the discs. Insert the disc into the reader. If you have the proper computer skills, you should be able to scan the data.}"
    The Vault Dweller: "{1002}{}{Discs}"
Vree: "{196}{Vree302}{They are high-density, laser-readable, manufactured-crystal storage devices. Each one holds over 4,000 gigabytes of information.}"

Unless I'm going blind, I see no mention of "Wattz Electronics".

I'm well-aware that this post is possibly a violation of Rule 3 and 4. I'm just checking to see if anyone can verify.

Edit: Wiki page source fixed. Question = answered.

What's the Institute do with all those 'kidnapped' people? They just killing everybody??

How exactly does the sole survivors cryo pod “life support system” keep them alive for 200 years? Surely oxygen and whatnot would run out by then? The experiment wasn’t meant to drag on that long.

How does DCR reach to far harbor?

    Posted: 27 Apr 2020 12:13 AM PDT

Most civilian radio stations today couldn't broadcast from Boston to southern maine, and the DCR tower is very small. Unless Travis was able to secure a device like the deep range transmitter, which is very unlikely, it makes no sense.

Do we have any kind of map of the factions of the wasteland?

Do we have any kind of map of the factions of the wasteland?

Does the NCR have any other territories other than California and Nevada, what states do the legion have? And where the brotherhood of steel main base is if the NCR conquered most of California and don't necessarily like the brotherhood.

Do the spore plants in Fallout 2 have their origins from Vault 22, like those we see in new Vegas?

Could Jenkem and Jet be one in the same?

    Posted: 26 Apr 2020 07:55 PM PDT

I was watching a yt video a while back about jenkems (the process of fermenting urine and feces and inhaling the fumes produced to get high), and I thought about how this process is essentially the same as making Jet, the human feces being replaced with Brahmin feces. Through this, I suppose it would be completely possible that Jet could be developed in West Virginia before the events of Fallout 76, but I still have no idea how it got in Vault 95 unless it was also discovered pre-war, in which case Myron is a liar.

Why does the "holo-" from holotape come from?

    Posted: 26 Apr 2020 04:14 PM PDT

In Greek the prefix "holo-" makes reference to "all" or "total", for example holocaust if traslated literaly means burning it all, so it may be a pun on the nuclear holocaust.

It is also used in hologram as they are tridimensional (full) images so maybe they are tridimensionaly storing data like RAM (I'm not sure about what I'm talking about here so maybe this doesn't make sense), which is weird as they are actual tapes as seen in fallout 3/NV.

Is it ever implied how they work or why they are named like that?

Is there any clues or indication about who the Mysterious Stranger is?

    Posted: 26 Apr 2020 06:59 AM PDT

Or anything about him at all? Where he's from, why he appears and disappears, etc etc?
