| Fallout 2/New Vegas: Did Arroyo ever merge with NCR? Posted: 25 Jan 2020 02:28 AM PST I know it isn't ever really pointed to in either game, but given that NCR expanded as far north as Redding, with residents of the Mojove even making reference to settlements further north like Klamath, I have to wonder if the NCR ever did, or at least thought, about aquiring Arroyo after the Chosen One's passing? By the end of F2 one has to imagine Arroyo thrived like Vault City (minus the biggotry) with the Geck and influx of population from old Vault 13 residents, making it a desireable place to aquire. Posted: 24 Jan 2020 08:06 AM PST The early fallout games heavily suggest that the people of the wasteland all came from vaults however the Bethesda games suggest that people survived anyway without a vault (megaton for example) and began building towns.
