Best possible graphics mods?
Firelance first random encounter off the game. Feels good man.
Non-hostile ghoul in irradiated metro (no ghoul mask). Anyone had this happen before?

Hi all. I'm about to play fallout 3 for the first time in 10 years and I'd like to use all of the best possible graphics mods. So which texture mods and character mods are the very best? There's just so many of 'em out there, I don't want to get ones that are just ok, when I could've gotten the best looking ones. Lastly, are there any other mods that are "must haves" besides ones that are all about looks? Maybe essential bug fixes, or better physics, or whatever it may be.
