    I was in the Marines, deployed to a heavy combat area, and think of myself as somewhat of a resilient guy, but everywhere I go in this game it SCARES THE SHIT OUT OF ME and this hasn't changed since 2011 when I got the game, put it down (because it was SO freaking scary) and recently started it back up because I wanted to finish it. Anyone else have this issue or is it just me?

    My Favourite 20 Lonesome Road Related Mods (My Lonesome Opinion)- Fallout DLC Mods no.4

    This is a mod list of all my favourite mods related to the Lonesome DLC. So often we find great mod list videos on YouTube, but I have never found one that only dealt with mods the require or improve the DLCs. I have made this list for all those who want to give more focus to the modding of the DLCs and hopefully improve your experience in game. I have downloaded and used all these mods and I have selected the best 20. I hope you all find this list useful and if you enjoy any of these mods, remember to endorse the authors. Share any other Lonesome Road related mods I may have missed. If you think these mods deserve a better description than the one I gave it, post your own review and description in the comments.

    Just to also apologise for taking so long. I have been busy with Matric Work for next year as well as enjoying the Christmas Holidays with friends and family. Some of you may have seen that some of my previous posts were removed. That was because they looked like "Click-Bait" material, but that has been sorted out so far with many thanks to the Moderator of this Sub-Reddit /u/Cyrus224. Thank you Cyrus for taking the time the help me out, I greatly appreciate it.

    - Lonesome Road Carbon Shadow Fix by AgeofEvolutionHQ: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/64022

    If you have seen images of real Carbon Shadows, you will know that they do not look like the ones in game. I do know it was a joke to mimic the shadows of bombs in cartoons, but this mod is for those who want as much emersion one can get in a Fallout game.

    This mod adds a better texture to the armour and helmet of the Scorched Sierra Power Armour set, how ever you need a mod that brings back the cut helmet.

    A HD texture of our favourite chainsaw and powerfist hybrid.

    Another HD texture of the bowie knife and Blood-Nap.

    - Courier Vests by MissMorose: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55024

    Like the Duster the player gets at the end of the game, there are faction logos of the four main factions on the back of the vest. However this mod is not limited to just four factions, but well almost all of them from the Boomers to the Kings. Wear your true flag on your back to Hoover Dam now.

    As of late there is no HD texture packs for the DLC weapons of Fallout New Vegas. This adds a HD texture of the Nail Gun.

    - Lonesome Road Endgame Armors have Helmets by hoodooo456: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/50405

    No this was a missed opportunity as there is once again and incomplete Armour set. There are many mods that add the cut Scorched Sierra Power Helmet like this mod, but this mod is set aside as the best one because it also adds a Helmet that should have been in the game. A matching Helmet of the 87th Tribe to match the Armour of the 87th Tribe.

    - US Army General Uniforms and More by dicgas: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/63513

    Not only does this mod add a US Army General Hat for General Martin Retslaf Uniform to make the clothing set complete, but it adds other uniforms for your US Army Collection.

    - General Martin Retslaf Fix by DevvastatinDave: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/56407

    General martin Retslaf was a pre-war General who committed suicide and it is implied that he did so shortly after the Great War (for example I am sure he would have met the NCR if he had died recently). Even though he may have been a ghoul (or they just used the ghoul race to make him a rotting corpse), he should have been a skeleton after being dead for about 200 years. This mod changes him from a Ghoul into a Skeleton.

    Do you want a matching Ranger Combat Helmet for your Duster? This mod adds Ranger Combat Helmets with the four main faction symbols and a

    - True Hometown Hero - Earn the Tunnelers' or Marked Men's Respect... Or Fear by LFOxidizer: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/63512

    Remember the ending slide to Lonesome Road? It said, "Tunnelers and Marked Men...avoided the lone figure, as if recognizing the Courier's right to passage... or out of fear." What this mods does is that it makes the ending to Lonesome Road true. After you complete the DLC neither the Marked Men or Tunnelers will be hostile towards you.

    - US Army Combat Helmet by dicgas: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/63545

    So as I mentioned before I hate it when an armour piece is incomplete, such is the case with a lot of Armours from Lonesome Road. As with the case with the Van Graff Combat Armour in the main game, there is no Helmet for the US Army Combat Armour .This mod adds a helmet to complete this armour.

    Did you get the wrong Duster after completing Lonesome Road? Did you change your mind on who to side with? Well now you can get all four Duster variants in one container to choose from.

    - Riot Gear Glowy Eye Retexture by Jhent: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/63790

    This makes the visors of all Riot Gear variants to have the same eyes as the NCR Ranger Combat Helmet on the Main Menu Screen.

    - Riot Gear Helmet Neck Cover by Gopher: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/44020

    This adds a neck cover for all of the Riot Gears.

    - Marked Man Race by Kabal99: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/46017

    Do you want to role play as a Marked Man who escaped the Divide? Or if you want to play as The Red Skull this mod is for you. Be warned that this mod is only for male characters as female Marked Men are not in game and will be regular ghouls.

    - Ulysses Companion Mod by Cirosan: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/48600

    This is a fully function companion mod of Ulysses with spliced dialogue and a mini-quest. You can get Ulysses after Lonesome Road DLC has completed in is usual spot if he has survived the encounter of the Two Couriers. A great mod in my opinion and one that stays in my Load Order.

    - Courier Duster with Elite Riot Gear Combo by YanL: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/64511

    We all enjoy the Duster and Elite Riot Gear, but we can only wear one at a time. Well now you can combine these two armours if they are your favourite so now you can wear your flag with your Elite Riot Gear.

    - Lonesome Road Ground Zero Unlocker by menancewhite: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/44026

    Do you know what is weird, your reward for when you send nuclear fire upon your enemies. In this case if you bombed the NCR you get NCR Armour, but if you bomb the Legion you get Legion Armour. But what if you are like me where as in my current playthrough I am siding with the Legion, I want to destroy the entire NCR in my Silver/Gold Armour of the 87th Tribe, but cannot get the armour without bombing the Legion. Well this this mod I am able to travel to Dry Wells or the Long 15 to get my Armour with actually destroying my faction. This is not Lore Friendly and in fact is a cheat mod.

    Be warned this mod requires both Lonesome Road and Honest Hearts DLCs. This mod added the duster seen in the concept art and posters for Lonesome Road. I fine looking armour for any Courier and for those who did not like that the Old World Duster was just a copy of Ulysses Duster.

    Still very much in progress, but I have gotten my ENBs to work without a hitch and the performance is really nice. At 30+ mods, next stop 50-75.

    I was on the fence on who I should side with towards the end of the game but I think I'm gonna side with Mr. House to honor his late Voice Actor, Rene Auberjonois. I'm really enjoying the game and I just love how in depth the factions get, however this one's for you Rene!

    Think tank good ending ???

    So I did all the quests before the ending like made 0 to 0/ gave the teddy bear to the other one tested the machine got upgrade and spared Gabe it was fun then I spared möbius and everyone spared me and no one died it was the good ending I think also do this with height science charisma intelligence and repair it makes it easier so for any one with the ending is this the good one

    What the title said. Is it even possible? I guess there's the saving President Kimball quest, can you get that from Yes Man without him being installed in the Lucky 38?

    Is there other stuff you can only do once Mr House assigns it to you?

    annoying unexplained stuttering in the overworld.

    i keep having stutters when im exploring outside. every so minute theres noticeable a stutter. i have the tick fix, NVAC and have done other performance tweaks. interiors are solid 60fps but travelling outside has these annoying stutters. any tips?

    I have 16gb of ram a Intel i5 9400 processor and a Geforce gtx 1650 but i cant get the game to run at more than 30fps on high and i just wanted to know what i would need to do that.

    I also have the 4gb patch NVAC, NVSR, and JIP LN.
