Who calls the Courier "Courier Six?"

I know that in Lonesome Road, Ulysses calls the player Courier Six in a handful of lines and in some pieces of graffiti, but was he the first one to give them that name? I know that in some documents (like the Mojave Express delivery order) it mentions 6 deliveries... but would that document literally say 6 of 6? Who else has called/could call the player that?

I'm just curious because I realize that Courier Six or Six is a popular name or nickname to refer to New Vegas's player character (I myself use it) I'm wondering if people within the Fallout universe would really call the player character that.

Caesar's actions in the Real world.

What if Edward Sallow existed in our version of the world in our current time? Same kind of backstory. Maybe living in a third world country. His family are westerners missionaries or relief employees. Father killed by criminals. Mother has no family or help back home or resources to leave the country. Gets a job at some sort of charity/educational organisation. He helps their as a child and receives an education that he wouldn't receive in the general society. Grows up intelligent but lacking direction unpopular due to his temper. What would be his change into Caesar if he did? Going to learn the dialects of uncontacted tribes and is caught up in a war? Bringing charity to poor communities and his kidnapped by a gang for ransom. Would a similar outcome in game happen? Would he become the leader. If he did become a leader of some group how successful would his tactics be that was used in game. All conjecture just curious. Also any other setting.

Are the non-human FEV mutants capable of reproducing?

    Posted: 03 Dec 2019 05:10 AM PST

Things like the Institute dogs, the Snallygaster, the fire ants, the rats and most prominently, the Deathclaw.

I know that supermutants can't produce offspring, but Deathclaws have eggs; as well as ants; the Snallygaster somehow has multiplied even though it was a single specimen and Erickson states that he raises dogs, dogs like the mutant hound, in an island, where there isn't FEV and supermutants are few.

Is this an oversight or is there a hidden truth about the mutated animals?
