The wiki states it took place in 2247, 34 years before the events of NV. However, Ulysses also states Vulpes Inculta was involved, and there's no way Vulpes is that old.

Jet, what are its effects?

Hi, I have a few questions about Jet and its effects.

While Jet in F:NV refreshes Action Points and in 4, slows down time to a VATs like state. How exactly does it feel like to be on Jet? Do people use it when they're going into combat, like how the US Army used Psycho? Does the person who's on Jet appear to move much faster than normal?

I remember answering a quiz in Fallout:New Vegas and having to state the start of the NCR, which is in Shady Sands, a town that you explore in Fallout 1.

Basically, the Vault Dweller's involvement in Shady Sands are what allowed the NCR to grow into the powerhouse it is in the events of Fallout New Vegas, but I don't remember seeing any sort of remark or reference to their involvement in F:NV and it was kind of sad that it wasn't included in the quiz, but perhaps it's in a computer log somewhere and I just missed it.
