    Helps development of communities (dividing power across the wasteland.)

    Eliminating an incredibly destructive and hostile fanatic army. (Destroying Legion.)

    Takes mental health issues seriously and helps individuals work through their problems and become beneficial members to the Mojave. (Helping the Nightkin as well as countless other instances among companions, npcs, faction viewpoints, etc.

    Promotes the advancement of technology on a stable level (canonical ending of Old World Blues.)

    And finally, is incredibly adept at diplomatic solutions, but also equally adept at using force when needed.

    I just helped the powder gangars defend NCRCF, do you know if the ones killed will respawn? I lost 4 good men in this battle and the courtyard feels empty. Saved all named NPCs though.

    Can't get vault 22 key card

    I'm doing Still in the Dark and I need the air filter part from vault 22. Problem is, is it's not there. I went through the entire room and all the plants and nothing. Is there some sort of glitch I can do to glitch through the door that's locked? I'm on Xbox One.
