| How did the brotherhood of steel travel from the west coast all the way to the east coast? Posted: 26 Jun 2021 11:36 PM PDT The brotherhood would have had to travel thousands of miles just to reach the other side of america. This is a problem because they had no way to get there. They didn't get vertibirds until after they arrived on the east coast, and walking there on foot would have been nearly impossible. They would need to regularly feed enough soldiers in order to establish a large enough chapter, as well as give them plenty of clean drinking water. They have no supply lines because their bases on the west coast would either be destroyed/captured by the NCR, or not big enough to receive supplies from. And living off the land napoleon style would be impossible, because either the food they get is irradiated, controlled by unfriendly people, or simply not enough to feed an entire chapter. This isnt even taking into account things like potentially horrific weather, disease, dangerous creatures, and hostile raider/tribal groups. In short, it would have been too big a bite for the brotherhood to chew. [link] [comments] |

Obviously no one (apart from vault dwellers probably) are getting vaccinated as there's no one there to create them so why isn't everyone dying of these diseases? [link] [comments] |
