Why is the courier immune to Vault 22's Spores? Posted: 29 Apr 2021 04:45 AM PDT As I am reading into this, I am basically finding out that the spores act kind of like cordyceps fungus (and kind of like The Last of Us zombies). I remember reading somewhere in Zion that some Vault 22 dwellers didnt get infected along the way, but I imagine since Vault 22 is so overgrown now, that spores would be covering the whole place with dust. Is there a reason why our characters are immune and so are other people now? Have people just grown a tolerance for it or did the fungus mutate so it no longer can infect humans? [link] [comments] |
Is Sierra Petrovita the only returning NPC that the player could have killed in an earlier game? Posted: 29 Apr 2021 02:10 PM PDT I'm curious about this, as, thinking back on it, all the other NPC's that have recurred through the games were all either designated essential, and thus unkillable, or were companions, and thus it was expected the player would not kill them on purpose, and actively try to keep them alive. Sierra is the exception - while you could kill her in Fallout 3, the devs seemed to just decide that didn't happen and made it to Nuka-World 10 years later, and she always lived through Fallout 3 no matter what. Do we have any idea of around what year the children of Atom arrived on far Far Harbor? Posted: 29 Apr 2021 07:30 PM PDT I am asking this because on r/fallout this guy posted this theory about how he thinks The Archemist is Anna Holt from fallout 3. I think this is dumb, so I have been trying to find years on the wiki and the wiki says "late 2260s and early 2270s" but provides no citation. Thanks in advance. [link] [comments] |
Does a Mr. House victory kick the NCR out of the entire Mojave? Or just the New Vegas area? Posted: 29 Apr 2021 03:35 PM PDT If Mr. House wins the Second Battle of Hoover Dam, are the NCR kicked out of the entire Mojave? Or just New Vegas and the surrounding areas listed in the Order of Withdrawal? (Camp McCarran, Hoover Dam, Helios One, and the El Dorado Substation) [link] [comments] |
Is there any lore explanation why we don’t here any songs past the 1950’s? Posted: 29 Apr 2021 07:46 PM PDT I know in Fallout the era of the fifties never goes away, but did music just stop being produced after the 1950's we never hear any songs from the 2070's or any other era post fifties. How common were the older weapons in fallout? Posted: 29 Apr 2021 08:23 AM PDT Weapons such as the beretta, .45 pistol, 9mm pistol, service rifle, etc.... How common were they in the post apocalypse? [link] [comments] |
How did the radioactive fog end up in far harbor? Posted: 29 Apr 2021 04:01 AM PDT Were the children of Adam actually feeding the fog or did it end up in far harbor because of the bombs. [link] [comments] |
