Hello everyone I started Fallout 3 yesterday but all npcs have a potato face. So is there any good npc overhaul mod except Fallout 3 Redesigned?

How do you do the blood ties mission? I've been trying to find helpful videos on YouTube, there all bogus, I've already done the part where you talk to the ghoul and meat with the family. How do I get the mission?

I really dislike the level scaling in these games.

Fallout 3, I'm level 20, basically as good as I'll ever be. All the good perks I want (grim reaper's sprint, better criticals, vats aim, damage reduction and stuff like that) and all the relevant skills at 100 (sneak, speech, lockpick, science, small guns, repair, medicine).

From this point on, any level I get I will be improving very little, but enemies will keep scaling like I'm getting stronger. I will literally be weaker the more I level against enemies I would otherwise face. Getting levels in barter and random irrelevant perks won't come close to the increase in power a super mutant master will get when he "levels up" to super mutant overlord.

And that's why I really hate level scaling. I'd rather just face a super mutant behemoth at level 1, be forced to run the fuck away and level, then come back eventually when I'm strong enough, than feel myself get weaker and weaker the more I level.

So uh...that's about it, just wanted to rant. If anyone's got anything to say in defense of this mechanic I'd love to hear it.
