    i started the wasteland survival guide super duper mart then a plasma looking thing exploded a few meter i reloaded an old save (a couple seconds past) then it never appeared, where could this random encounter spawn again?

    Kinda wish the sound effect occurred after doing something even though I'm no longer gaining experience in Fallout 3

    Hit level 30 playing Fallout 3 for the first time because I finally made it to Rivet City which was the rather long journey and was able to complete several quests, Strictly Business, The Replicated Man, Those!, Wasteland Survival Guide and You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head. Which is kinda crazy as I've only done three main quests and discovered like 17 locations so far, kinda wish the sound effect occurred after doing something even though I'm no longer gaining experience. Additionally already tired of hearing about the fight in the Muddy Rudder, immigrants dying of radiation poisoning or how the city is debating putting railings on the flight deck. I've heard 5 people talking about these same topics in the same room at the same time before.

    Friendly reminder the Xbox One is my first console and this is my first video game so please refrain from spoilers. [Also don't feed the Yao guai]

    Yes, it was Jefferson Memorial Basement, there is alot of medical stuff and the face editor or something is also there, when Dr. Li gets you out, you can hear the shopping carts wheels fall a bit, and Basement has these maintenance hallways, thats only my guess, i dunno if its good.

    Am I playing the game wrong

    Hi everyone,

    I've started playing the game a couple days ago on normal difficulty and have to go to the museum to get the new radar dish and I'm stuck in the metro tunnels fighting bandits and have no health and no aid to use and just keep dying at my save point.

    I think I'm like level 4 so do I just do side missions to level up or do I set it at a lower difficulty?

    Any help from you experienced pro players because I wanna keep playing the game but can't as I rage quit tonight 😂

    I can't access museum of history as everytime I go through the main doors it crashes every time
