    Dead Money is horribly frustrating for a first time player.

    About a week ago I asked on here what the ideal build would be a for a starting player and you guys delivered. Over the weekend I bought all the dlc on sale. I'm already level 38 and having a blast until I did the dead money story line and it's probably my least favorite dlc ever. As a first time player it is incredibly difficult to figure everything out. I'm still gonna get all the gold though

    On the quest "for the republic, part 2" I feel like I've gotten a bug preventing me from progressing. I've just finished the part where I have to either convince the Khan's to join the NCR or wipe them out, I wiped them out because for no reason everyone started blasting when I entered the Khans house. Now Col. Moore hasnt given me another objective and it will not even let me speak to her now. Is my save fucked?

    I have a lore question. The Platinum Chip... how does the courier end up transporting it in the first place? Theres is not as much made known prior to the confrontation with Benny during the start of the game.

    I just got the game and was really excited to play but around a hour in the game crashes and shuts off. Is there anyway to fix this? It's happened twice. Not that bad but annoying as it's pretty immersion breaking. I'm playing on windows 10

    Pros and Cons

    I'm making a list of Pros and Cons to playing New Vegas on Xbox One S with Game pass and no DLCs as opposed to playing with mods and all the DLCs on my laptop with a very low tier GeForce graphics card. This is what I have so far. Anyone have anything to add?

    Pros: It should run better Hopefully less crashes Bigger screen

    Cons: No DLCs No Console Commands No Mods

    I have just gotten a new laptop, which means I can do a fresh load order with some new mods. I've already got the usual NVSE, Jswayer, NVAC, tick fix, YUP and the always essential sprint mod. I was using NMC's texture pack on my old laptop, but was wondering what other people use/ if there's anything better out there.

    I also think I can finally use an ENB without my machine shitting the bed, but they look kinda complicated. Any suggestions for a good basic one?

    Also, js I'm not the most technologically literate.

    What is the mod that allows the player to do more faction quests before becoming completely tied to any faction?

    In vanilla New Vegas, you can only do the main quest up to a point and then you have to decide which faction you want to help. There was a mod that extended this further in game, allowing the player to complete more quests for each faction without being locked out of other faction quests. I found it a while back, but have been looking for it recently with no luck. Anyone know what I'm referring to?

    There's no shortage of mods adding on to the Mojave Wasteland, but are there many mods that add stuff to the areas added by the DLC's?
