Has there ever been a sentient Ghoul that turned feral? Posted: 28 Nov 2020 12:50 PM PST You always hear about how humans don't trust ghouls because they can turn feral randomly, but is there any proof of that? I can't recall any sentient ghouls turning feral. Maybe in FO1/2 but never played them. [link] [comments] |

Were Pip-Boys advertised pre-war as part of the vault package? Posted: 28 Nov 2020 10:41 AM PST We know that Vault-Tec went around and sold the idea of vaults to the American people; they had ads, radio spots, even door to door salesmen. Nevermind all the secret government/enclave stuff they were up to, the American people knew about vaults and they knew VT would be providing them for a price. So, given all that information and the fact that these vaults were probably very expensive for most spots available, do we know if the Pip-Boy was known about in the public and if it was part of the sales pitch? Where would the Chicago BoS base be? Posted: 29 Nov 2020 02:24 AM PST Just wandering if any Chicagoans or people familiar with Chicago could think of any places that would be good BoS bases. You know, like The Pentagon in Fallout 3 or Boston Airport in Fallout 4? [link] [comments] |
How important are feral ghouls to the wastelands ecosystem? Posted: 28 Nov 2020 04:52 PM PST I know that feral ghouls can't breed so I wanna know if feral ghouls are really important to the ecosystem. If so how dangerous would it be for the ecosystem and possibly humanity when all of the ferals inevitably go extinct? [link] [comments] |
Do Ghouls just turn Feral out of the blue or is it a long and slow process? Posted: 28 Nov 2020 01:24 PM PST I know the radiation eats away at their Brain and that's how they turn feral, but is it a slow process that takes a long time or do they just turn feral one day? Does the Brain Degradation eventually stop at a certain point or does it keep going until there's nothing left? Could a Feral Ghoul just drop one day, because their Brain degraded too much to be able to walk anymore and they just lie there until they eventually die? [link] [comments] |
Why is Rex the only cyberdog with a blue head? Posted: 28 Nov 2020 05:39 PM PST So I was playing old world blues and just thought that all the dogs at big MT had orange and red heads but not a single blue one to be found. Even Roxie had a red one. Is there any lore reason for the big MT cyberdogs having red and orange heads (for police and military) and Rex having a blue one? [link] [comments] |

Do we know where the Far Harbor Super Mutants came from? Posted: 28 Nov 2020 02:36 AM PST So, it's pretty obvious the Super Mutants encountered in Far Harbor are not from The Institute. Is there a source of FEV somewhere in Far Harbor or even Mainland Maine? [link] [comments] |
Why do people say the Brotherhood is xenophobic and racist if all they want to do is help people. Posted: 28 Nov 2020 07:49 PM PST The brotherhood are the only one's on the entire east coast to start to set up a government and stabilize stuff in over 200 years. I mean they stabilized DC for the first time ever. they got rid of the super mutant problem, stopped the slavery problem. They started distributing clean water to the people. They are fighting the super mutant threat in the commonwealth, and they are trying to stop people from killing each other and being so paranoid because of the synths. People are really for the NCR in new vegas because of their equality and freedom. The brotherhood is the same thing but better on the east coast cause they aren't xenophobic cause they accept outsiders, they aren't corrupt almost at all like the NCR. Their ranks are full of people of all races. and all they try to do give people clean water. give them safety. getting rid of aggressive super mutants, and destroy an unethical secret organization that only harms people. Even their own scientist says so. [link] [comments] |
