Why do the fiends have so much energy weapons? Posted: 27 Oct 2020 01:55 PM PDT I know they took some from the van grafs but it's like and absurd amount [link] [comments] |
How well do wastelanders know the origins of various creatures in the wastes? Posted: 27 Oct 2020 05:21 AM PDT Title. Would a common wastelander know that creatures he sees mutated because of radiation? Would he think that they have always looked like that? [link] [comments] |
Would the Cloud leave permanent side effects? Posted: 27 Oct 2020 10:09 AM PDT So after playing the Dead Money DLC and learning more about the Cloud, I have a burning question and I don't know if it can be answered. Wouldn't the effects of the Cloud plague the Courier in the long run even after the events of Dead Money? Like lung damage, severe breathing problems, etc. [link] [comments] |
How badly would losing the Mojave affect NCR? Posted: 27 Oct 2020 07:19 AM PDT A lot of people, including myself, believe that even if the Legion wins the war in the Mojave, there is little to nothing they can do to destroy the core of NCR. It is already taking everything they have to fight off a relatively small and inexperienced fraction of the NCR's military, and you can point out to the Legate that the Legion will only simply inherit NCR's problem of being stretched to its limit. However, another popular opinion that contradicts this is that NCR is highly dependent on Hoover Dam for both water and energy, and that their economy will be crippled by the loss of the Dam, seeing as to how the Legion has a good chance of actually winning in the Mojave theater. Some fans believe that taking the Dam away from NCR will weaken them enough for the Legion to actually be a threat to the entirety of NCR. [link] [comments] |
What are all the mutated animals from Posted: 27 Oct 2020 07:45 PM PDT Like I know the deathclaw is some combination of chameleons or something but what are the other creatures from (such as floaters and nightstalkers) [link] [comments] |
We have east coast and west coast, what about places like North Dakota? Posted: 27 Oct 2020 06:53 AM PDT We all know about the coasts of America, but what happened to the Midwest region? It's never elaborated if it is still livable, but it is traversable. Kellogg is the only person (I know of) that went from Coast to coast. So what's going on over there? [link] [comments] |
Are The Followers Of The Apocalypse secretly the bad guys of Fallout New Vegas? Posted: 27 Oct 2020 01:23 PM PDT Despite my asking this question, The Followers are actually my favorite fiction in the fallout universe. That's why it hurts even more for me to do this, but I gotta list the facts. Bear in mind that the points I will list are actually unintentional mistakes of the followers or by their members: 1- Caesar. This guy alone is enough to wipe out all the good deeds that the followers did. Not only was he a former follower himself, but he was also sent to the Grand Canyon by them to benefit from his talents that they helped grow through courses free of charge. The same knowledge that he would use to conquer the tripes and build his legion. 2- Helios One. This one is admittingly stretching it, but hear me out. Depending on the courier's Karma, one of two things will happen. The first is that the energy will be used for good and will be diverted to the full region. The second is that the full might of ARCHIMEDES II will be unleashed upon the wasteland using Euclid's C-Finder. 3- Yes Man. It could also be argued that they are the reason for the courier getting involved in the events of the game, whether that is good or bad is dependant on the courier's karma. Emily Ortal in a quest to get the medical data from the Lucky 38, made a deal with Benny that she regretted after sleeping with him. She is responsible for reprogramming Yes Man for Benny, making it connect to the network, but as an invisible peer, so that Mr. House wouldn't fry it remotely. Leading Benny to find out about the Platinum Chip, and all the events that happened after. [link] [comments] |
