Why did the NCR strip out the Power Armor they salvaged from the NCR-Brotherhood War? Posted: 31 Jul 2020 07:07 PM PDT To me, it just doesn't make any sense to strip out the servomotors and rad scrubbers just so you would have some very heavy metal armor. I imagine there has to be multiple people in the NCR with Power Armor expertise in both training and repair. [link] [comments] |
How do vault dwellers usually now how to use guns ? Posted: 31 Jul 2020 08:21 AM PDT Like the vault dweller from FO1 (i haven't played it so i don't know much about it), or the other vault dwellers that also came out from vault 13. Even in fallour 3, you can get butch as a companion, and this guy is a professionally trained killer for a teenager from a vault, and as far as i know, the lone wanderer is the only person who practiced (kind of) to use a gun. You can also see the vault security using weapons, so maybe they were trained ? [link] [comments] |

Why didn't the NCR cease the gunrunners production facilities and/or stockpiles Posted: 31 Jul 2020 11:20 PM PDT Why didn't the NCR take control of the gun runners, either through infiltration, or actual attack? Wouldn't it be more useful to them to directly control production, and to ensure no one else got there hands on the guns? [link] [comments] |

Did the brotherhood of steel accept any surviving Enclave soldiers into their ranks ? Posted: 31 Jul 2020 10:23 AM PDT Was on fallout 3 the other day and had seem some brotherhood outcasts making enclave soldiers do push-ups. And knowing that the outcasts eventually joined with maxson wouldn't that mean there are Ex Enclave in their own ranks ? [link] [comments] |
What is the full story behind the BOS NCR war? Posted: 31 Jul 2020 02:30 PM PDT I was never able to figure out the details of the war, only fragmented stories. Is there any solid lore behind this conflict? [link] [comments] |
How exactly does T-60 fit into power armor lore? Posted: 31 Jul 2020 11:14 AM PDT I always personally have thought of it as being like an upgrade/overhaul of T-45 that was easier to mass produce than T-51. While T-51 was still the top of the line pre-war. Any other thoughts? [link] [comments] |
Was the Anchorage simulation depicting US Army or National Guard? Posted: 31 Jul 2020 01:13 PM PDT I always thought that the simulation was depicting the US army, but I also thought that the National Guard used the assault rifle seen in Op Anchorage and it wasn't really used by the US Army. The weapon also isn't as technologically impressive as the laser rifle for example, so considering the laser rifle was the standard us army weapon, and the simulation is in some part a propaganda piece it seems a strange weapon to use unless it's National Guard simulation. Is it known whether it was supposed to be the US army that were in the simulation, or was it for training National Guard and therefore the soldiers were using National Guard weapons? For reference I am sure the soldiers state they are US army but if so why is the assault rifle almost the only weapon used apart form your strike team options and the power armoured soldiers at the end. Is Rex the same dog after Nothing but a hound dog. Posted: 31 Jul 2020 03:10 PM PDT He has a new brain implanted doesn't the original rex die. [link] [comments] |
A full map of the post apocalyptic map of the US? Posted: 31 Jul 2020 09:02 AM PDT I wanted to know if there was a map of the United States post war. I know there is a rough outline of the East Coast BoS and the NCR but I wanted to see if there was a greater map of the US. A complete map of what we know would be amazing too. Thanks! Posted: 31 Jul 2020 11:57 AM PDT So, I'm looking at my display cases in 76 and in one of them was a globe. Europe was.. different. Then I realized that the Mediterranean was drained. So did atlantropa happen? [link] [comments] |
