    Cant get passed a mission

    So I'm doing the outcast missions where your in the war simulation and I'm at the part where I gotta kill the general dude. Well 1 he takes bassically no damage. 2 all of my teammates are attacking me. Idk why. I never shot them. I haven't been using explosives. But all of a sudden american soldiers in power armor keep shooting me. While I'm trying to kill the general dude. Who takes no damage. And I'm bassically out of amo and cant find a amo thing anywhere. Power fist does bassically nothing against him. Idk what to do. Oh and also for some reason whenever I die the game glitches when It restarts the mission. Instead of him killing the hostage and then talking to me he just kills the hostage and stands there. Never speaking to me. Making it to where I cant move or pull out my weapons. And i have to restart the game to get it working again. Just to die to my american power armor using soldiers.

    Edit: I just got the speech option to work!! Not stuck anymore!! Praise atom!!

    New PC recommendation?

    Fallout 3 and somewhat NV are really the ONLY games I play still and can see myself playing for quite a while longer.. I'm trying to figure out maybe like a "spec sheet" if some sort that together is capable of playing these old games on ultra 4k setting. Like for example, a RTX2060 or better for the GPU...Not sure why but ever since I've seen these games in 4k I can't get the idea out of my head, it looks like a seriously well illustrated vintage comic book almost, if you know you know. My first child was just born (3 hours after Houses birthday lol) so I'm not trying to break am looking for some realistic suggestions for what I am asking.. I know people hate answering PC 101 questions but figured this one was a little different.. if anyone could shed some wisdom it would make my day! Thanks

    (Point Lookout) If you take the Krivbeckneh without talking to Blackhall, can you save the life of the Missionary?

    I was wondering if this was possible but when I tried to do it I realized I overwrited my saves too many times so I couldn't go back. Does anyone know if this is possible?
