    NPCs that chase the player until they talk to them

    I recently watched a couple videos by a youtuber named Nerbit, where they were being chased by Malcolm Holmes and Private Kowalski and trying to beat the game before they approached the player and talked to them.

    It got me thinking, how many more NPCs are like this? There are a few off the top of my head that I can think of. Victor at Boulder City chases you, but he disappears as soon as you enter the strip. The NCR guy that delivers Crocker's message and Vulpes also chase you after you deal with Benny, but I'm not sure how far they can follow you.

    I'd love to try one of these challenges for myself with another NPC, or heck, a number of them as long as the game doesn't bug out and delete them somehow.

    How would you justify the fact he not only called upon Victor to dig you from the grave (saving your life), but also New Vegas wouldn't even exist without his defense systems stopping the nuclear warheads centuries prior?

    Can someone explain why the launcher keeps setting fallout.ini to read only?

    The only reason this is a problem is when vortex needs to write to the file but can't and it's breaking archive invalidation because vortex can't write what it needs to for it.

    Also of someone could explain why archive invalidation file generator says that it can't find stuff that belongs to fallout 3 (such as textures for megaton)
