What’s the one thing you wish you could do but can’t due to game limitations?

For me that would be making Great Khans provide Followers of the Apocalypse with medications in Long-Term Care quest. It just makes perfect sense for me. They worked together in the past, they could work together in the future (ok, maybe not so much work together as followers helping khans, but still). Khans get steady market for medicine instead of drugs, Followers get supplies. Ah, I wish.
