    DLCs region locked?

    Howdy pardners, so, I recently bought NV for the x360 (my pc is scheiße and yes I'm poor) and it's really good, good enough that it made me want to buy it's DLCs, however, only two out of the four appear to me when i search for them, those being Honest Hearts and Dead Money, worth noting that Honest Hearts is only available in spanish, and despite not having the label, it seems likely that Dead Money is in the same boat. Since I live in (come to) Brazil and for some reason people think we speak spanish here, do you think this is some kind of regionalization or something else? And if it is a regionalization matter, does anyone have an idea on how I might be able to work around this issue and get all the DLCs?

    Anyone know where the Brotherhood emblem decal file location?

    There's a decal which isn't actually a texture for the BOS T-51b, it actually hovers over the pauldron, and I want to change its texture and location. However, I cannot actually find where this texture is located. I have looked everywhere.

    Please help my blood textures are square. It happened after i installed enhanced blood textures mod although it is still square after i deleted it. please help? and my pipboy is also very bright and it was not fixed by using it as a flashlight. Thank you!

    Got To New Vegas In Less Than 30 Minutes

    I've played through NV with all endings a fair few times and have always taken the 'Primm Route' completely discounting the 'quarry black mountain' route as to prevent getting destroyed by deathclaws, decided against this whilst playing a trade based build with points in sneak, guns and meds. Anywho I earnt 1,500 caps in Goodsprings via caravan and flogging armour and weapons, looted a stealth boy of joe Cobb and made my way via the main road, took it slow and walked past the death claws when they turned their backs. Ran to east side did the birds of a feather quest got some armour and flogged the rest to gun runners for enough caps into the main strip. If you're looking to cut your new Vegas main story glitch less run it's actually fairly simple.

    The hardest bit is most probably visiting the khans but this can be worked around with caps from selling the gear from blowing up silver rush. Any tips how to progress fast from inside the strip without glitches place them in the comments.

    I have no fcking idea whats happening!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    For some reason Freeside, Strip, McCarran, South Vegas and any other 'demanding' or indoor area im getting 60 fps easily, but in Goodsprings, Primm, Mojave as a whole im getting single digits! Any idea whats up?

    Edit: I first encountered this after completing Lonesome Road so could there be any relation? I had already complete the game several times prior

    No negative affinity

    Yo is there a mod that like in f4, negates negative affinity from your companions? Im just tired of Cass leaving whenever I steal anything or same thing with Boone when I kill NCR peeps. I get that its not lore-friendly but after many hours in this game I just not wanna care
