    Here is an interesting detail. If you have played Dead Money, you will know that sleep is no longer a problem for the rest of the game, at least until you sleep somewhere. Everyone on the internet seems to call it a bug ... but they're wrong.

    Obviously it's a measure of gameplay given the scarcity of usable beds, but that's not all. As I got to hear on the radio and then confirm on the wiki, one of the phrases muttered by the Elder through the transmission of the collar is:

    "Fool better not decide to sleep. Vitals go down, I'll get someone else to do this job."

    The presence of the "adrenaline injections" and "sleep problems" logs further confirm that "something" in the Sierra Madre has altered our sleep patterns. Could it be the Cloud? Or did the Elder do something to us?

    I'm a full on roleplaying dweeb, so I almost always run builds that are themed or derived from a character's history, and see where they go. New Vegas is a great game to anchor your character by building histories for them, because the world has been so well developed by the series. The 'Courier' framework fits nicely into the story while still having a past that can be entirely defined by the player (ignoring Lonesome Road).

    I've just finished up a playthrough with my character called 'Red' Gus, and it was great. I'm excited to post his story in the comments. I have a few ideas for my next run, but I want to hear what you've done so that I can pillage bits and pieces for myself in the future. My best characters are always inspired by the stories or tabletop PCs of others. Post 'em!

    Is there a mod that adds simple hunger/thirst without hardcore mode?

    fallout new vegas won't load on PC

    i got new vegas on the PC yesterday, and, after playing it with no issues last night, this morning i started to play it. i just finished doing my first crimson caravan quest (the one where you have to talk to the doctor at camp mccarran) and somehow got stuck in a wall. i couldn't take out my guns, pip boy, or anything. i quit the game, and when i went to play it again, it just wouldn't load. i tried loading a save but that didn't work. i need help.

    I am guessing he died but the end scene said nothing about him. Also I forgot you couldn't play after the ending I was hoping I could rule over an independent new vegas from my sweet pad in the lucky 38.

    So I looked up where I can get some sweet ncr combat armor and realized I can get some at the safehouse. It said that I had already be at "liked" with the NCR, I was already at "idolized" so I went to the safehouse and... nothing. I feel cheated, I know it probably just despawned but I still feel ripped off for helping them.

    So, I wanted to use some of Mr. House's quotes from the Italian version, but I the Italian wiki doesn't have all of them. So, I wanted to ask whether or not these quotes can be found in the game files or I have to play the entire game all over again game just for them.

    Hola, i've been thinking about the "moral of the story" part in the dlc's and companion quests... So i understood most of them with some dlc's and a couple of companions... Companions: -Raul: About growing old, and maybe not knowing what to believe in -Arcade: Maybe thinking about being part of something even if you're not or never been fond to it. -Boone: The line between following orders and moral decisions, also judging... -Veronica: Trying to act about something while you know that theres nothing you can do. -Cass: The difference between revenge and rampage. -Lily: i have no idea about her please tell me if you guys know anything...
