What happened to the settlers in Nuka World that fled from Nuka Town USA When the raiders came? Posted: 30 Mar 2021 03:36 PM PDT I'm just curious about their full story since I missed a lot of info about them [link] [comments] |
Is there any lore about how decontamination archs in Fallout 4 work? Posted: 30 Mar 2021 04:06 AM PDT Is there some kind of rad cleansing chemical in the spray? Cause obv being sprayed with water alone wont remove rads [link] [comments] |
Is it ok to like the Free States? Posted: 31 Mar 2021 12:35 AM PDT First question here, please be kind. I understand the basic outline and ideas of the free states and I find them incredibly interesting, because normally (to me at least) when you think of "crazy" gun toting, anti government, susscessionist doomsday preppers, images of confederate flag waving morons pop up in my head. Except the twist here is that the free states are 100 percent correct in their distrust in the fallout American government and vault-tec, to a degree way beyond what they were aware of. So the phrasing of my title is problematic, of course its ok to like a faction, its a fictional game, but I want to make a distinction between liking the faction and really liking a faction, im referring to people who think caesre's legion unironicly have the best ideas and that slavery is cool, or that the enclave weren't wrong in there multiple attempts at genocide, you know, that kind of liking a faction. I mean, it's fine to like them if you just think they're cool, and you like the aesthetics and lore, or the role playing opportunities they bring, its just when one start to trying to moralize or whitewash, or downplay their problems because they want bolt on their personal edgy political beliefs on to them. To elaborate, because this is internet and I have already said a few key words to start a war in the comments (assuming anyone even sees this), I love the brotherhood in fo4, love their vertibirds, the prydwen, the power armor, militaristic nature with the ranks and uniform, i like joining them as a male ss because of his military background, but Ill never agree with them about synths and ghouls, and if you ask me on a bad day I consider them no more them suped up raiders hoarding technology for themsrlves. So what im really asking is, do the free states have that kind of unease about them? Skeletons in the closet so to speak? I know there was some nastiness with a vault, but anything else? What would a Fallout game in Australia look like? Posted: 31 Mar 2021 01:48 AM PDT I read somewhere that China invaded Australia before the Great War, most likely for the abundance of uranium. I can imagine an Australian front with China in the North (Darwin, Gulf of Carpentaria) and the US in the southeast (Melbourne, Sydney etc.). On one globe decoration for your camp in Fallout 76, it shows nukes detonating in Sydney and Canberra. Imagine Drop Bear Yao Guais and Crocodile Deathclaws maybe? [link] [comments] |
How much do the east and west know of each other? Posted: 31 Mar 2021 02:26 AM PDT I know Nick Valentine knew of the NCR and shady sands since they're in his mysterious stranger investigation note and that the BoS had contact with the west coast elders when Maxson was appointed elder of the east coast chapter by the west coast but I didn't know any there were any mentions I never caught on in fallout 3 or 4 [link] [comments] |
Why is everything so dirty and dusty still? Posted: 30 Mar 2021 11:28 AM PDT Did nobody bother to clean up? Or move some rubble? Or maybe rebuild roads? [link] [comments] |
What’s the Legion’s administrative system like back in Flagstaff? Posted: 30 Mar 2021 11:19 AM PDT Caesar's a Roma-boo so I assume there's a senate with in-fighting and whatnot, but if you killed Caesar and Legate Lanius, what happens back east given what little information we have? How are there radscorpion in the New England commonwealth and the Capital Wasteland? Posted: 30 Mar 2021 02:55 AM PDT Scorpions aren't indigenous to Washington D.C and New England because the climate there is cold and wet while scorpions prefer to live in dry and hot climate, i.e, the Mojave Desert So how are radscorpions in the New England commonwealth and Capital Wasteland despite scorpions not being indigenous to the two areas?
