    Which program can i use to merge esp files?

    I want to merge some esp files but have heard conflicting reports of which program to use.

    zEdit? xEdit? FO3Edit?

    I have SSEEdit for skyrim, can i just use that?

    I have a question about the Fallout 3 remake.

    No I was hoping one of you guys can answer this question but is the Fallout 3 point lookout DLC remake going to be for Xbox and PC or just for PC this question also goes along and decides of will The Fallout 3 remake also be for Xbox.

    Fallout 3 Freezing Controls but Still Running

    Hello, I'm having a problem with Fallout 3 GOTY Steam version where my game will run smoothly for about 4-6 minutes and then suddenly freezes my controls. The game is still running and working just fine only it freezes my controls (mouse and keyboard).

    I have the official patch install along with all the supporting mods that it requires listed on the page.

    Running the game from the FOSE launcher.

    Windows live is install but I have just disabled it in attempts to remedy this problem, no success.

    Running in compatibility mode (have tried nearly all OS').

    Game is set to run as administrator.

    Have tried running the game in windowed mode.

    Graphics driver is up-to-date.

    I have edited the fallout.ini with the lines: bUseThreadedAI=1 iNumHWThreads=2

    Have tried disabling my other monitor leaving only one.

    Is there any chance someone has had the same problem as me? If so, any advice would be of great help. Thanks
