    Fixed stuttering, suddenly came back.

    GTX 1080 i5-7600K

    • Running Tick Fix (in falloutdir/fose/plugins), 4gb edit to exe, FOSE through FOMM.
    • Updated fallout.ini with iNumHWThreads=2 and bUseThreadedAI=1
    • fallout.exe, falloutlauncher.exe, and fose_loader.exe all are admin and XP sp3 compat

Everything was running super smooth until I made an edit to the sound volume settings, exited the game, and came back into it later. Looked like my fallout.ini was reset, so put back those changes and made sure to stick it on read only this time. Still getting gnarly stuttering, doesn't matter if vsync is on or off or if I'm in windowed mode or not (originally running in 1440p full screen).

GForce control panel has been used to cap the FPS to 60 and set VR pre-rendered frames to 1.

What are my reasonable options to fix this now? Should I go back and try using the deprecated stutter remover with the fixes to it? Anything I may be missing?
