Is it possible to have NCR and Legion both pissed at you? Posted: 06 Sep 2020 10:08 AM PDT It's pretty easy to get infamy with one or the other, just doing quests for the opposition. However, let's say you're going for a truly independent ending and want to set some boundaries from the get go.
