| How does basically everyone in Fallout 2 know you're a tribal upon seeing you? Posted: 08 Sep 2020 08:43 AM PDT Everyone you come across seemingly knows, upon seeing you, that you're a tribal. My question is, how do they know? From the pre-created characters like Mingan and Chitsa in Fallout 2, it doesn't seem like the Chosen One likely has any marking tribal tattoos or anything like Sulik. And all the Arroyans speak normally, so I don't think it's an accent, so what is it? [link] [comments] |
