Trouble with Quest console commands Posted: 21 Jun 2020 11:15 AM PDT (SOLVED, description down below) Alright, let me explain. My Waters of Life quest was bugged (Dr. Li wouldn't leave the rotunda, had to glitch/use console commands to get her out) and the quest was completed. All's well and fine, but no Enclave camps have been spawning in my world. I was confused at first, but then I realized that the quest marker of "Escort Doctor Li to the evacuation point" wasn't marked, despite the quest being completed. That led to me using console commands to undo and re-complete the quest, but that doesn't seem to be working. I don't know if the quest is complete (pip boy won't show anything) and the camps still won't spawn. Any tips? Edit: My save is well past that point and I have already completed the main story as well as several other side quests. Reverting the save isn't exactly an option. Solved: To fix this, I entered the Taft Tunnels from in front of the Citadel and used noclip commands to get through the barriers to re-enter the old Jefferson Memorial cells. From there, I set the quest value to the point where I had to escort Dr. Li to the Citadel. From there, I teleported to the taft tunnels (the memorial entrance was locked and couldn't be opened) and walked the entire way to the Citadel. Reaching the Citadel finished the quest and the camps started spawning from there on. In hindsight, setting the quest data to the objective to reach the citadel and then going there works, but setting the quest as "complete" does not, even if the game says the quest actually did complete.
