Posted: 03 Apr 2020 10:55 AM PDT I've been dabbling in the art of role-playing on discord and it doth inspire me to create my own Fallout themed server! This definitely isn't my first time making a discord server, I intend to be making a fully-functional Fallout Universe role-play Discord Server! and I think it would be cool logging my story creating process On Reddit as well! Lemme know if you are interested so I can start uploading! [link] [comments]
Dead Money with INT-1 and CHR-1, how much of a bad time lies ahead? Posted: 03 Apr 2020 08:55 AM PDT Pretty self explanatory, I'm playing a severely brain damaged courier, skilled in hitting things and surviving things, that's about it. There's scope for them to become smarter/smoother as the game progresses but for now they're at maximum misanthrope. How terrible will playing Dead Money be with my character's lack of brain function? Combat will be no issue with unarmed, melee and survival as my tagged skills but I fear terminals and speech checks are going to make it more hellish than usual. Anyone with experience doing Dead Money with a total Grug courier? [link] [comments]
I need Role Play Ideas. Details in Description. Posted: 03 Apr 2020 04:46 AM PDT Need something that'd bring some challenges to the Gameplay. But not forcefully weakened (like MATN worst courier run). I will go for natural progression of character, not using any exploits or skipping any quest. My Character will only know what he (yes, male character) has been told. Like playing the game for the first time. By the way. Two thing not to focus is Intelligence (Science+Medicine) and Charisma (Speech+Barter). Last two of my runs were Pacifist/Silvertongue-Intellectual and Tony Stark (Well.. kinda'). You can put some emphasis on them (I & C) but they can't be primary focus. No Bad Karma. And also Yes man is discouraged. The minimum you say is the role (a bit of backstory), SPECIAL, Tags and Traits. [link] [comments]
Posted: 02 Apr 2020 09:55 PM PDT Am I the only 1 who finds 188 so comforting after all the shit in the early game , walking past the lonesome drifter making it up the hill Cresting that hill seeing that ramshackle shed and Veronica's reflavored tree people clothes from fallout 3 it's just so safe feeling you know [link] [comments]
Posted: 03 Apr 2020 09:24 AM PDT Hey everyone! I'm looking for a mod that adds a securitron companion for my Yes man playthrough. There are a lot of great Securitron mods but my one problem is that all of them are overpowered as they are either buffed or not nerfed. Does anyone know of any mods that add a balanced securitron companion? About the same strength as a regular companion? Thanks. [link] [comments]

Everything In-Game running in Slow-Motion [HELP] Posted: 03 Apr 2020 07:33 AM PDT Hi, I was wondering if there are any wizards here that can help me. Whenever I boot up the game, everything is running in slow motion. Animations, running, opening pip-boy, closing pip-boy, ect. Absolutely everything is slow as molasses. It's not lag or stuttering, but more like something with the game physics or engine is out of whack. I have really good hardware across the board, and I've only recently started experiencing this weirdness. I am running New Vegas Stutter Remover, (+ the 4gb patch) and I do have 144hz display. However most of the errors I've researched with that seem to be about the game being sped-up, not slowed down. Does anyone know what settings I need to look at? I've tried editing some basic things like iFPSClamp and it seems to have no effect one way or another. I've also tried adjusting some of the sr_New_Vegas_Stutter_Remover.ini settings and nothing seem to take. What else can I do? [link] [comments]

Posted: 03 Apr 2020 02:38 AM PDT I dislike that Fallout: New Vegas's Casinos are tied to luck and would like a mod that gives more realistic odds and if possible allows for card counting. Also any mods that increase the variety of games would be cool too. [link] [comments]

What are 3 perks you can’t play the game without, regardless of build? Posted: 02 Apr 2020 05:33 PM PDT For me it's got to be: Jury Rigging (Makes life so much easier), then Long Haul ( 37 gold bars wants to know your location ) and Educated (Gotta strive for perfection) [link] [comments]

Posted: 03 Apr 2020 02:27 AM PDT I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what, but I installed ENBoost (wrapper version) and it's been causing me problems. For example, after I install it and I'm in-game, I'll enter or leave a building and it just keeps loading. And if it does eventually finish loading, once I'm outside everything is glitched out followed by a short freeze, which forces me to Alt-Tab out of the game and force quit it. Also sometimes when the game launches the menu never loads up. I uninstalled and reinstalled ENBoost to make sure that was the problem, which seemed so. Also, not sure if matters, but I'm using a laptop (NVIDIA GTX 1070 i7-7700HQ). Any idea why or what I should do? I'm fairly new to modding NV so if you can be more specific I'd appreciate it.
