Posted: 05 Mar 2020 05:02 PM PST People have told me time and time again that the fallout world never had internet, but yet at the same time Darci cabot from fallout 4, reading her terminal she has talked about 'chat rooms' in which she learned to hack terminals, yet people claim time and time again that the fallout universe had no internet, can anyone explain this? any ideas? Posted: 06 Mar 2020 02:23 AM PST i'm new to this sub and im not good at the lore of the series. i've only played 1, 3 and new vegas(and technically ~2h 4 lol). mainly fnv. how much do we know about the world outside the US? i know china is refrenced in the swamp DLC for 3, raul in FNV mentions mexico. it seems internationall travel would be possible since there are stuff like the monorail, railways in FNV(albeit they dont seem to be in use), vertibirds etc. did europe survive for example?
