15 Best Dead Money Related Mods (My Dead Opinion)- Fallout DLC Mods no.1 Posted: 26 Nov 2019 03:08 AM PST This is a mod list of all my favourite mods related to the Dead Money DLC. So often we find great mod list videos on YouTube, but I have never found one that only dealt with mods the require or improve the DLCs. I have made this list for all those who want to give more focus to the modding of the DLCs and hopefully improve your experience in game. I have downloaded and used all these mods and I have selected the best 15. I hope you all find this list useful and if you enjoy any of these mods, remember to endorse the authors. Share any other Dead Money related mods I may have missed. If you think these mods deserve a better description than the one I gave it, post your own review and description in the comments. (Not all mods may work for everybody and remember to read the comments on the mod page if you have a problem. T&Cs and Standard Rates do not apply.) 1.Cloud Grenades by Hopper31: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/65331 Remember the devastating effects of The Cloud? Do you hope to use its power just like Elder Elijah? Well all you have to do is craft this potent weapon with one of the ingredients being Cloud Residue found in the Sierra Madre. This is a fun weapon mod that will forever say in my Load Order and to my knowledge it is Lore Friendly.
So the vanilla face of the Elijah NPC does not look like the face we first saw on the screen in the Villa. This mod fixes this and I believe that this is more of a Lore fix than anything. This will always stay in my Load Order.
The companions from the Dead Money DLC were in my opinion, well written and felt almost like real human beings. It was disappointing when you saved them (if you saved them), but realised that after you completed the DLC that they were gone forever. This mod brings back Christine (if she survived) into the Sierra Madre Casino as stated in her ending slide. She is voiced using in game lines, but requires a mod that allows the player to return to the Sierra Madre. This mod is lore friendly and has a special spot in my Load Order. Roam the wastes with our favourite Circle of Steel knight.
Dean Domino. A singer, a thief and a fan favourite. It is said that he that he headed to New Vegas (if he survived), but we never see him again. This mod add our Old School Ghoul to Freeside and he needs your help to get into the Glorious Strip. This one stays in my Load Order. This mod adds a bit more class to your travels in the waste.
This mod adds either Dog, God, or the merge of the two in different locations in the wasteland. Whatever choice you chose, he will be in a different location. There is just too much to say about this well written character to do him justice. A well done mod that will stay in my Load Order. Who did you choose; Dog, God or the Amnesiac Mutant?
The Sierra Madre is a place of dangerous fable. The horrors of Ghosts, Holograms and Blood Clouds will make any person distressed. Why not try to relax in this well built safehouse with a history and warm bed. A Home inside a Horror if you will. Just try it for yourself, no rent included! In my head this is canon and in my Load Order it is to stay.
This is a retexture of the Holorifle using assets from the Weapons Retexture Project, so that mod is required. Just read the comments on the mod page if it is not working. It is about time this unique weapon got a bit of love of the texture kind.
Now this is a must have mod. It was very disappointing when you complete the Dead Money DLC, but you are unable to return to the Sierra Madre. To this day I still do not know why you will not be able to return. What if you missed something important or the view of beautiful Sierra Madre. Well this mod does just that. Not only does this allow for to return to the Sierra Madre, but this mod also has an option to allow for the Ghost People to respawn. This mod is very lore friendly and will stay in my Load Order for generations to come.
Do you remember how unique the hazmat suits worn by the Ghost People were? Although we did get this in the Old world Blues DLC, we only got one variant. This adds both variants in order to for fill your Ghost People cosplay and to strike fear into the hearts of your enemies. Be a Ghost and Haunt others like they will forever haunt you!
This is a cheat mod. I know, I know, how dishonourable of me to cheat...BUT MAYBE YOU SHOULD TRY DEAD MONEY ON HARDCORE MODE! IT IS NOT EASY WHEN YOU ARE SLOW AND YOUR HEAD KEEPS GOING BOOM! This is mainly for casual players and players who role play as an immortal being, or something...(I am sorry for cheating, please forgive me!)
Did you think that the vending machines in the Villa were lacking content? Well now thanks to Yukichigai for allows us to get more return options from these masters of machines. If it was made by Yukichigai, it stays in my Load Order.
This bug fix allows you to witness the Glory of the Sierra Madre when you begin the Gala Event. This stays in my Load Order.
This mod improves the texture and resolution of the Assassin Suit from Dead Money. This is a fine amour which as saved the lives of many players. Now, we just need a retexture of the rest of the Dead Money armours. It deserves to stay in my Load Order.
Another great mod by Yukichigai. This mod adds a bit of the cut content we love from Fallout New Vegas. Now surprise yourself with the vending machines. this mod also allows you to collect all 33 Sierra Madre cards easier. The more cut content restored the happy I get. This stays in my Load Order.
There are many retexture or HD texture mods out there, but very few actually retexture DLC locations. Try out this mod if you want to improve the quality of the Sierra Madre and return it to is former Glory! [link] [comments]
I want to know every possible way I can fuck the legion up Posted: 25 Nov 2019 06:01 PM PST Title self explanatory. I want to be Caesar's worst nightmare, deterring them at every turn, screwing up every move they make. Kinda new to this btw, I have really high luck and intelligence and specialize in explosives and energy weapons if that helps. [link] [comments]

Any mods that alter in-game quests? (Preferably up to date ones) Posted: 26 Nov 2019 12:49 AM PST Currently I'm using : Save Cass - Allow you to do the Van Graff questline all the way through without sending Cass to [REDACTED] I Fought The Law NCR Start - Allow you to retake NCRCF without having to talk to The Powder Ganger Boss first. It worked but not anymore for some reason. Might be because the newest AWOP update I guess. Main Story Alterations - A big collection of alternative in-game quest progression. Actually I didn't even try all of them. Is there more? If so, please share. [link] [comments]
Game gave me mass Infamy Gained across all factions. Catastrophic glitch or did I royally fuck up? Posted: 26 Nov 2019 01:34 AM PST Playing through New Vegas for the 3rd time and I've never encountered this. Been Idolized by the NCR and either have accepted or liked reputations with all factions except BoS, and The Legion. After a certain amount of time has passed from loading my save the game will give me a ludicrous amount of Infamy Gained for every Faction. Is this a glitch or have I done something catastrophically wrong? This happened partway through Arcade Gannon's quest to reunite The Enclave. [link] [comments]
All Millenia weapons in one convenient mod download? Posted: 26 Nov 2019 08:48 AM PST Is it possible to get all of Millenia's weapons in one complete download. Including the weapons from Millenia weapon pack and the newer weapons that are missing from that pack? [link] [comments]

Posted: 25 Nov 2019 11:54 PM PST Wild Wasteland doesn't seem to work and I know why, it was loaded after I initially created my game. When you get to leave Goodsprings you have the option of resellecting traits, skills, character name and appereance. Now my question is... Is there a way that I can reload Wild Wasteland? Maybe is there a mod that can fix this? [link] [comments]
Vault 34’s Autodoc is not always in the clinic Posted: 25 Nov 2019 02:13 PM PST Vault 34 is probably the worst part of the game, but what makes it worse is the inconsistency. If, like me, you needed the autodoc for the legion questline, you may have arrived in the Clinic to find it barren. On my file, it was in security room A (explore the flooded area by Utility, get the password from the corpse under a desk, use the password in utility, then return to the flooded area (not flooded anymore), Security Room A is now available) The only thing worse than doing this vault is doing it without a working guide. Posted: 25 Nov 2019 08:34 PM PST All of the Riot Gear types have red shoulder coverings instead of green. Is there a way to get around this or is it always like this? [link] [comments]

Bug where Menu selecting disappears Posted: 25 Nov 2019 09:00 PM PST I had my game in Windowed when the bug happened, whenever I try to click on one of the menu options, such as settings, it flickers indicating that I can click it, but it goes back to being dark. I've tried fixes such as restarting the game, putting "cam" in the console, as well as putting down markers on the map, etc. I can't use any features even when I spam click it, and I can't find anything online, I'd really appreciate some help. What's the best graphics overhaul for NV? Posted: 25 Nov 2019 08:48 PM PST There must be a million of em out there. But which one actually makes the game look the best? I'm thinking of trying NMC's retexture mod. It has nearly 100k downloads. But it's been there since 2011 and it looks like the last time it was actually updated was in 2017. So I'm wondering if there is something better out there, that would make the game look even better. I'm looking for something that really overhauls the looks of the game, making them look much closer to something we'd see these days. Then I'll go ahead and get the weapon retexture mod, the character remake mod, etc . But first I need the best one for the world itself. Which one really is the best? It's hard to sort through the giant pile of them. [link] [comments] |
