Posted: 13 Feb 2021 07:35 AM PST Do you guys think it's worth using HDR? What are the pros and cons to using HDR? One of the cons is the fps loss i imagine, and a pro is, the strip looks good with it(?). I don't use any enbs, just pointing out. [link] [comments]

How would each major faction handle free speech if it was a topic to decide in the Mojave? Posted: 13 Feb 2021 09:53 AM PST Let's say that the Mojave war ends and a faction wins, what would become of free speech and freedom of press in the Mojave? Would the NCR allow free speech but have a controlled news radio network? Would Caesar have a propaganda radio like the enclave? Would house just continue his capitalism with the radio networks? Would these guys create a modern day America or would they create the very thing the old America fought? Some personal thoughts would be Yes man would allow everything and anything since the Mojave is independent but who knows what happens when yes mans computing reboots. The Mojave might flourish if people were to make more radio stations and probably use old NCR ranger bases. Absolute chaos and freedom The NCR would be a government news network that would promote the NCR and try to show the people that the NCR is trying to help and that everything is fine just so people won't look at the trouble with bureaucracy that hurts the Mojave. Free speech exists but press is highly regulated. Caesar would probably be the same as the NCR but might use fear as more of a tactic and even try to grow the size of the legion but also would use it as a crackdown on anyone doing things the legion doesn't approve. Free speech doesn't exist and the news network is regulated as a propaganda network. House would probably be the one to leave the radios alone and let new Vegas be new Vegas. Free speech would exist and run the world his way. He seems to be someone who wants to be a miystery and not let anyone know who or where or how he is so he would not speak on the radio but maybe make someone do his announcements. In short free speech and free press. Until he becomes crazy and corrupt. [link] [comments]

Does anyone have a link the 47 ENB 2 the sequel? Posted: 13 Feb 2021 09:47 AM PST The download link doesn't work anymore. From what I remember this was the best enb I had found back when I played new vegas. https://www.gunetwork.org/t2762-fnvrelease-47-enb-2-the-sequel [link] [comments]
Posted: 13 Feb 2021 08:49 AM PST So I just discovered the Enclave a while ago and decide to do a Legion run and see if its possible to enslave arcade gannon and still have support/help from the Enclave, is this possible? [link] [comments]

This game has some of the best dlcs of any game. Posted: 12 Feb 2021 12:02 PM PST Just got done with Old World Blues for the millionth time and am I the only one who has to take a break after OWB or DM is done? The dlcs are so good that after I see the ending slides, a wave washes over me and I have to take a break from the game. There's just so much to digest after OWB and DM because of the lore/plot/characters/emotional roller coaster ride/story that it's almost like the game could be finished right there. OWB and DM do this to me almost everytime whereas HH and LR I can go right back to the game no problems, but those 2 damn wonderful dlcs just make me feel....old world blues when it's done? HH is good but it's like an average quest, done and done. LR is good but usually there's nothing left to do except the last battle of Hoover dam. [link] [comments] |
