    This game is poison.

    Just bought it again with most of the DLC just because it was on sale on Xbox marketplace.

    I think this is the 6th time I've purchased it.

    A new fallout game in a new location from obsidian would be way better than Fallout NV2

    It'd be cool to get a fallout game in a place like New Orleans, Texas or New York is year of going over an area that's been covered and probably pissing off everyone in the process.

    Why didn't the match got over at this point? I sabotaged my opponent's first stack on the next move and only then it announced that I won! Is this because the difference needs to be of two stacks?

    Hopefully this post isn’t redundant but I’ve noticed some old “how do I find my lost companion” posts on google and there weren’t many good answers.

    I played over half of my first play through recently without ED-E because he was lost. I kept looking on google and there were a bunch of 6-9 year old forums and Reddit posts with long winded answers that didn't work.

    Most common answer I found was look on the map and you will see your companion where you last left them. That didn't work for me at all. He was stuck where you have the side quest to repair ED-E in Primm.

    Easiest fix for me was there is a computer terminal at the Gun Runners station outside the gate to Freeside to release all of your companions. At that point I hadn't realized there was one in the Lucky 38 too but I assume they either go to where you first found them or where you tell them to go.

    Just thought I'd post this so years down the road all the key words match in google for someone else and they find a better answer than I did. Maybe I didn't word my google inquiry correctly but for me it was hard to find a quick answer.

    Anything important in Westside/Vegas Ruins??

    Completed my first play-through without even discovering Westside or Vault 3. Don't know how I missed it. Are there anythings that are important to the story but not exactly necessary?

    I've been modding FNV for a bit now and haven't had any issues with it up until now. Recently to fix an unrelated issue on my PC I had to reset it but chose to keep my files, since then fallout keeps crashing and nothing I have tried has fixed it so far. I've tried disabling certain mods, purging all mods, uninstall reinstall backups restored and even full NVSE removal and clean reinstall, I can make it just about to Chet's shop in good springs (moving at an over encumbered speed) and it crashes outside every time, unless its a windows issue I don't know what else it could possibly be... help?

    New Vegas is definitely the best of the fallouts, i won't disagree with that, but out of anything that could happen with this merger, why do you want a Vegas 2 instead of a new story elsewhere, like New Orleans, Salt Lake City, or Texas? The story of the courier and New Vegas has already been told, let it go...

    Issue with Brave New World install

    Just installed BNW, started a new game, and any NPCs that should be changed are still vanilla and nothing appears to have changed. Anyone have any tips or suggestions as to what I might be missing?

    What did you expect or preconceive to occur in the game that didn't end up happening?

    For me, a lot of it relates to the various factions, I had very little knowledge of the West Coast Games (got into the series with 3 but eventually played the others after New Vegas) and when I heard little bits and pieces of world building when I got introduced to the game, I tried to figure out what the various factions were and made these little guesses at what they were.

    I thought the NCR was the remnants of the Chinese military staging an invasion of the U.S. after the apocalypse but eventually settling in and forming their own thing (really don't know why this was what I thought, just was)

    I thought Caesar's Legion was a band of tyrannical barbarians ruling and raiding out of the Caesar's Palace Casino and Resort, and used the casino's chips as a currency (honestly kinda sad this wasn't used)

    And I thought that Mr. House actually had a body, like he was frozen and then woke up to the apocalyptic world and tried his best to rule with robots he assembled in a ruined building (which I assumed was in Freeside for some reason). Also thought he was gonna be much more amicable and less dictator-y

    Mine may be about the factions but write anything you expected to occur but didn't
