What is the EMP that occurred when the bombs dropped? Posted: 27 Jun 2020 04:32 PM PDT Hey there everyone! Forgive me if this sounds like a stupid question but I would like to know what it is? I played fallout 3, fallout 4, and Fallout 76 and I haven't heard about this before. Thanks! Also, how did the crashed space station in fallout 76 become effected from the EMP? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 27 Jun 2020 05:34 AM PDT I made a little thing describing power armor lore before but i made some slight adjustments. I'd love to know what i did wrong. [link] [comments] |
Sustainability of the Hidden Valley bunker? Posted: 27 Jun 2020 11:27 PM PDT So basically is their any lore about how resource independent the Bos Mojave Chapter are from the outside world? Could they say seal the bunker and be fine or would they starve and die off eventually. Also has anyone done a head count of the number of bos members in the bunker. [link] [comments] |
Did 9/11 or any other historical tragedies exist in Fallout? Posted: 27 Jun 2020 10:31 AM PDT Is there any reference to things like 9/11, Pearl Harbor, or things like that happening anywhere? [link] [comments] |
When the war for the resources started? Posted: 27 Jun 2020 10:48 AM PDT We know that Europe was at war with the middle east for the oil and other resources and the US was in a cold war with China. But when all this started, when the US entered in a Cold war and then in an actual war with China and when Europe started the war with the middle east? [link] [comments] |
Where was Elijah hiding in dead money? Posted: 27 Jun 2020 12:43 PM PDT Forgive me if this is a repost but I'm curious as his fingerprints are all over the madre but he never shows up till the vault. Is there cut content, in game descriptions, or something else that says where he is? My head cannon is that God or christine could always have eviscerated him,if only the courier could locate his spider hole. [link] [comments] |
Possible explanations for Vault 94 Armor set bonuses. Posted: 27 Jun 2020 09:16 AM PDT Below are my thoughts on potential explanations for the vault 94 armors. If you have any critiques, please let me know. Strangler PA generates its poison aura by pumping a dead strangler heart full of electricity, stimulating some poison/acid producing part. Bullets drag some of this cloud with them as they leave it. As for why the strangler heart that should give the set is both not visible when viewing the suit (and if it is there in any capacity, much smaller than the others), I cannot say. Alternatively, if the name as taken just as a way to reference the poison, then perhaps it's just normal strangler vines. Thorn armor is scout armor overgrown with oddly spiky strangler vines. This accounts for both of the bleeding effects the set has. As for the stealth bonus, it's just camouflaged, though why all three sets wouldn't have this type of bonus I cannot explain. Solar... is dormant strangler vines that regrow when damaged, and can somehow repair the armor itself as they do so to an extent (I'm saying this rather than actually healing the person wearing the armor, because there is only one explanation for that, and it's disgusting). Do these seem possible, based on what we know of the strangler vines (which isn't much, from what I know)? [link] [comments] |
