| What outlandish ideas would you like to see in the next Fallout game? Posted: 02 Dec 2019 02:27 PM PST I see a lot of posts about locations and ideas for Fallout 5 but a lot them get downvoted and go unnoticed because they don't fit in the lore so I figured I would ask. By outlandish I mean something that wouldn't fit in the Fallout universe or would be unlikely to see in a future title. I would like to hear some strange ideas like a Where's Waldo? Easter egg to reference one of Bethesda's early NES game, a vault full of magicians, Fallout 2 but playing as the Enclave, or starting in space in some sort of The Last Man on Earth situation. Regardless of how wild and out there I would love to hear all of your ideas. Edit: Loving all the responses and hope to hear more. | Tale of Two Wastelands Appreciation! Posted: 02 Dec 2019 08:17 AM PST I wish I knew about this mod a long time ago, what a game changer! I got Fallout 3 as part of the Steam sale and stumbled across this. Took me a few hours yesterday to tinker around with it and get it working but man was it worth it. I've always been a fan of the New Vegas game mechanics and to have all that put into Fallout 3 is absolutely incredible. Not to mention that this mod got Fallout 3 working on my computer. By the looks of it this mod has been around for a while so I'm guessing almost everyone here knows about it but if you haven't, check it out. Excited to step back into Fallout 3 with the New Vegas mechanics! All I've been thinking about since I woke up today lol [link] [comments] |

| Having the most frustrating times with survival mode Posted: 03 Dec 2019 01:58 AM PST I am currently just trying to beat fallout 4 on this mode that i thought would be fun, until now where i cant even go to hubris comics from good neighbor and back with out the game crashing. It might sound small but its not fun going through a hard mode just for the game to make it even harder by crashing for no reason. Did/do you have an experience like this? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 03 Dec 2019 02:40 AM PST I played N.V. years ago, in fact I don't think I even finished it, to be honest what I really miss is the detailed and the diversity of the dialogues you can have. I remember a few things from my first play run, I couldn't decide whether to kill or not Mr. Robot? The Casio guy you know who I'm talking about lol. I also remember Caesars Legion being difficult as fuck to engage with, I think I ran with them for a bit but the NCR wanted me to pick sides, I went NCR. This time around I'd like to be neutral for the part with some sick-ass or rare encounters in between. I'm on mobile at the moment and a little sleep-deprived I've been stuck grinding through Diamond rank playing Apex Legends so if someone could link a wiki of quests and outcomes that'd be awesome, thank you! I've never played a fallout game before but seen very good reviews about this. I'm a big fan of skyrim but these seems less magic and dragons and more guns and apocalypse. | Just completed Dead Money for the first time (spoilers) Posted: 02 Dec 2019 11:53 PM PST Playing through the game's DLCs which I have never done for whatever reason, and I wanted to say wow. Despite whatever gripes people hold for this dlc, the story, characters and atmosphere were incredible. The despair in Vera's voice in her hologram was chilling when I first heard it. Or when I helped Dog/God merge and I was sad when he told me that he'd likely not remember me. Each game has its fair share of nations, for example, the Enclave in Fallout 2. What is the most likely nation to take over the wasteland? I personally think that either the NCR or Enclave would take over the wasteland. I think this because the NCR has the numbers, but the Enclave has better technology. I believe the problem is storage related due to when I delete old saves it works better (this also happens with skyrim,but less often). So If you can help that will be great thank you. Posted: 03 Dec 2019 03:55 AM PST I got assigned to have the small Brotherhood Squire tag along with me as I have to clear somewhere out with her. But it's not telling me where I have to clear out. It just says on my Pip-Boy "clear of all hostile with squire" it's obviously broken as it's meant to tell me where I have to clear out. She's been stuck with me for days now and she's driving me insane because she keeps saying the same lines over and over again and I don't know how I can get rid of her. Please help me!
