(I assume you can't alienate Independent) Is there a path where you can visit Cottonwood, destroy the Legion, and use the chip in a manner that leaves both House and NCR open? [link] [comments] | ||

I snagged not one, Not two, BUT 37 BARS OF GOLD FROM THE VAULT It was a long and painful journey, 30 minutes spent just trying to get past Eli-jahseh onfroy But its over. Over 350,000 caps in Gold, all mine. The intended moral of the story was "You must let go to move forward." I say, "Morals are stupid, gold is cool." Just wanted to share my experience with y'all. | Posted: 02 Dec 2019 09:16 AM PST I am just learning about the companions in FONV. This is the first FO game I have played and so far I love it. After researching, I see that you can only have 2 companions at a time. Does this mean I need to choose who I make a companion, or can I get all of them and trade them out as needed? I already have ED the robot, but I am not sure yet if he is permanent. I guess what I want to know is, are there specific companions I should really want, that are more beneficial, or it doesn't really matter. I don't want to run around getting companions, being stuck with two and they are the least desired. TIA [link] [comments] | ||

| Game wont maximize from being tabbed out Posted: 01 Dec 2019 07:40 PM PST i have a modded copy of new vegas, with like 110 plugins and such. and i cant seem to figure out why the game wont maximize from being alt-tabbed out, it just sits in the taskbar. I can hear the music and ambiance of the game but it wont open, leaving me to close it, which is another problem, when i close the game, its still running in the task manager, with like 400mb of ram usage, then i would have to close it from there. I tried using onetweak to fix this but it didn't work any help on this would be appreciated. [link] [comments] | ||
| I need some help with the ending and Don't Tread on the Bear Posted: 01 Dec 2019 04:36 PM PST This might be fixed with me reloading a save, but I got Don't Tread on the Bear quest, and as I come out of the Hoover Dam power plants, I fail the quest. I'm hoping that it's because the NCR troopers died and not because of some random glitch or it's forced to happen, because I've done a ton since giving the Platinum Chip to House. | Posted: 01 Dec 2019 11:28 AM PST Can no longer play New Vegas on my XB1 I get to Boulder City and Kowalski goes hostile. Then the rest of the NCR there Then everyone between there and the Strip. Once on the strip, i need to wear a disguise just to get to the Lucky 38 alive Then I found out how to quickly ditch Boone and get inside the embassy in disguise. But once I'm in, I get swarmed by MPs and can't begin Crockers quest to get amnesty I have never attacked the NCR. Every play through I do I have this problem. Started maybe a dozen playthroughs ago.
